This home provides the perfect outdoor space with a two story dock. Every Thursday from Memorial Day to mid-August, the Emerald Grande has a firework show that can be seen right from the second floor balcony! The home is on the canal so you can sit outside and watch fish jump all night. You are also only walking distance to the public beach access! The Private pool has a shallow tanning deck perfect for getting that Florida sun and letting the kids play in shallow water!

Kenett B.The house and location is awesome. My husband could go in the backyard and fish alllllll day. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Beach access was great too. Just a few steps and you’ve arrived. The only negative comment I would have is the blinds n the master bedroom. Little hard to get them to move. Other then we will for sure be back!

SarahWe had an amazing time. The host was super responsive. When I read the other reviews I was a little worried. They are working on replacing the back deck and furniture. The house didn’t stink and one of the three doors to the back porch was hard to open but we just used the other two. The large refrigerator does not work so they put in a refrigerator that does but it doesn’t make ice. We just purchased bags of ice from Publix. The home could have been cleaner. We found glass on the floor and the cabinets that were empty for the renters, could really use a wipe down. I would say the house was clean it could just really use a deep clean….meaning baseboards and cabinets. The house isn’t perfect but I wasn’t there to buy it I was there for vacation. We absolutely loved that we had our boat there and went to crab island every day. Having the pool was absolutely perfect. The hot tub was slightly warmer than the pool but who needs extremely hot water in Florida. Planning on renting again.

SHELLIE D.Host was wonderful. House iffy .cupboards doors were filthy, 2 rolls of toliet paper for 5 days and 12 people, hot tub dont work, fridge dont work , took oven 40 minutes to heat up, air fyer dont work . Only 4 bath towels , glass door under tv fell off when opening , remote look like it was chewd by dog. Upstairs bedroom carpet smelled like dog pee. We made the best of it considering Again host was great .

DrewDo not book! Dirty dishes in cabinets. Back door impossible to use. Broken chairs inside. Fridge broken. Carpet and furniture smells like wet dog. Cheap beds. Probably more that I can’t think of - just don’t consider this place.

MackVery outdated outside needs attention. Hardly any light Jacuzzi was not heated. Sliding door is very hard to open has a odor on the inside. We checked out a day early try to let them know and they never replied very slow on replying.

TonyRagan was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which we appreciated. The property has a pool and a deck, which made it convenient for docking our rental boat. However, the furniture felt dated, and the main refrigerator wasn’t working—though a secondary fridge was available in the kitchen. The separate ice machine didn’t produce enough ice for our group. There was no detergent provided for laundry, and supplies were limited: only one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, which ran out quickly with 12 guests. Overall, for the price we paid, we expected better amenities and preparation. That said, the early check-in and responsive host bumped our rating from 3 to 4 stars.

TravisGreat place! Close to everything 3 min walk to the private beach. Boat rental can pick you up from here since its on the canal. Which is a closer boat ride to crab island. Overall good place clean would definitely come back and stay again!

JanaHost was hostile when communicating issues. Would not take accountability for T.V and WI-FI not working. Broken bunk bed with red tape holding bed together, broken chairs and broken cabinets. Fire hazard in the upstairs shower and smoke detectors not attached to the base.

JessicaBetter than described!! Private beach access is super close by. We loved the driveway how easy it was to pull through with our 2 trucks. Loved taking walks in the gorgeous neighborhood admiring all the stunning Florida architecture. Glad we finally chose to stay in Destin instead of Mirmar so we could discover this gem. My husband fished all day as the house was literally on the water. Would stay again. thanks for the host for being so attentive, she was always available via text and replied right away!

Rhonda N B.The house has dirty white doors throughout that needs wiping down. Gas fire pit with No Gas Tank ! Two refrigerators and neither one had ice maker . Hostess advised she could bring over ice trays! I wasn’t camping . House isn’t ready for winter guests!!!! Hostess did waive early check in fee and tried to catch an attitude with me. However. She was not helpful when complained .

GinaWent above and beyond helping up quickly book and settle in to evacuate for hurricane Milton. So kind and friendly and a great space to stay! We all loved the deck and pool and layout of the house. Can’t wait to come back!
