Crystal Haven is built to focus the family around the gathering areas. With the bedrooms around the perimeter of the house, you will find the family room, kitchen and the outdoor gathering spaces to be the hub of activity.
The 10' ceilings and the tall doors and windows give the house a spacious, light and airy feeling.
Living room: Two couches--one with a Queen sofa sleeper--and two chairs large enough to curl up with a good book. Electric fireplace and Roku TV to stream a movie, TV show, or the big game.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with all you need to prepare and serve meals for those days you aren't enjoying one of the many local Destin restaurants including Keurig coffee maker and Ninja blender.
King Bedroom 1: After a full day of play, find yourself relaxing in the comfort of a King Bed with Novaform mattress. Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a Roku TV ready for all your favorite streaming apps.
King Bedroom 2: Waking up in this room is a treat with a full sunrise theme above the King Bed with Novaform mattress. This bedroom has en suite access to hallway bathroom with walk-in shower and a Roku TV to stream your favorite shows.
Bunk room: Welcome to the Crystal Haven Surf Shack! Queen over Queen bunk beds make this room a gnarly hang out for all the kids or even a comfortable sleeping space for adults.
Pool house: Perfect for a rainy day or when the kids need some space, the pool house is the place to be! Cloud sectional, wall mounted arcade with 6,000+ built-in games, 65" Roku TV, attached half bath and outdoor shower with hot water.
Outdoor space: The star of the show! The outdoor space is what Crystal Haven is all about. Whether you are relaxing on the couch watching a movie on the 75" Google TV, enjoying a BBQ'd dinner at the patio table, swimming in the pool, practicing your short game on the custom-built putting green, challenging the kids to a round of corn hole, or playing a pickleball match on the lighted court after the sun goes down, you will never hear "Mom, I'm bored"! COMING October 2025: In-ground basketball hoop.
Outdoor storage: Filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, sports equipment (Please return equipment after each use).
Supplies provided: Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers along with liquid hand soap at each sink and toilet paper. Kitchen is stocked with garbage bags and paper towels. Laundry room is stocked with a starter supply of laundry pods.
EV Charger: EV Charger is free to use for guests of Crystal Haven. It has a J1772 plug--bring an adapter if your EV uses something different.
NOTE: House is equipped with a safety alarm (which can be temporarily disarmed with the press of a button) that alerts you if the exterior door is opened. This is designed as a layer of protection for non swimmers but is not a guarantee of safety.
Guests have access to the entire house and property. There are a few cabinets that are locked to store supplies needed by management.

CandyThe Crystal Haven was the perfect place for our family Thanksgiving!! We had my daughter’s gender out on the porch and it was just perfect! We played lots of pickleball and went to the beach everyday for sunset! The golf cart was an added bonus!! We ended up needing a later checkout due to an unexpected visit to the ER and Kristi and her husband were extremely flexible and understanding! Communication was very helpful, friendly, and prompt! Will definitely stay here in the future!! Thanks!!

JennaSo based on images we thought it was worth a try & boy were we PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! This place had everything! We have 4 kids from 7-16 & they had more fun here than any other places we have ever taken them in their vacation lives!The pickle ball court was amazing & got the most use. We probably hit 20 balls over the fences but the neighbors were incredibly kind & would either throw them back over or allow us to retrieve them. It may seem tucked in the spot but believe us it’s a perfect size for all the fun you can imagine.The pool is just great! Our little one pretty much lived in it while we were home.The putting green was really cool & we loved having that as another play option. It’s a little sloped but you can make it fun for sure!The additional bonus house is fun for the kids to have their own little house to watch movies or play on the video game.All in all we will definitely be coming back & our kids are already looking forward to it!Thank you so much

AlisonWow! We have been spoiled by an incredible property and hosts! You will not find a better host than Kristi. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Crystal Haven. You e host, Kristi, When we arrived it felt like old friends knew we were coming and paid attention to the tiniest detail to ensure that we had a wonderful vacation. The house had everything you could wish for- a comfortable inside living area, spacious kitchen, very cozy beds, perfect size pool, and of course…. the pickleball court! The house was completely ideal for adults and our children whose age range from 8-16. The bigger kids loved to be able to go out and hang in the outside pool game. I was surprised how much we used the outdoor couch and tv area. The lights around the pool make the space feel extra special and makes for a place for perfect memories. location is A+! Our kids said this was their favorite vacation we have had. We really hope to have the chance to go back one day!

Nathan C.Perfect way to enjoy the soft beaches of Destin!This place is right down the street from Crystal Beach. We used the golf cart (definitely recommend) to get back and forth to the beach, and found that there was always plenty of golf cart parking. There's a dedicated lot just for the golf carts!We used the golf cart to go everywhere (no rental car, no Uber, just a golf cart). Grocery store is a couple of miles away, restaurants are all over the place, and we even ventured down to the harbor (downtown Destin) for some boat excursions. Just don't drive the golf cart on the highway. :)House is super comfy and homey. Pool is relaxing. Host is quick to respond and very helpful.Thanks, Kristi!
