Tastefully furnished throughout, there are 2 master beds (king size) with en-suite bathrooms and a 3rd bedroom with a queen-sized bed.

The spacious open plan lounge has ample seating, a 70" Roku smart TV, ceiling fan and sliding doors leading out to the pool deck.

The garage has been converted into a second family room with air conditioning, pool table, seating, and 65" Roku smart TV.

The private pool and extended deck is south facing, not overlooked and has ample seating with 3 loungers, table 4 chairs, 2 recliners, footstools, loveseat and side tables. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy an abundance of wildlife whist soaking up the Florida sunshine.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Guests are only allowed to enter the Woodlands/Conservation area at the back of the property after signing a Waiver of Liability form

This home does not allow any smoking or vaping in the home, garage or outside on the pool deck area.

There is no pool heater at the property
