Stunning 5-bedroom vacation rental with ample space for up to 10 people, located in Lake Wilson Preserve, close to Champions gate and Reunion golf clubs.
With a large south facing terrace and and pool, you can enjoy the Florida sunshine all day long.
Located on the peaceful Lake Wilson Preserve the property is situated on a quiet corner plot with a large driveway easily accommodating three vehicles.
There is also a front green for badminton etc.
Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.
The extensive property is set over two levels.
On the ground floor there are two sitting rooms with Smart TVs, the main lounge enjoying a 60inch screen.
There is an extensive fully equipped Kitchen and Dining area which leads out to the Terrace where there is further dining, BBQ and of course the Pool.
Also, on the ground floor is a bathroom and bedroom with Queen bed and smart TV.
On the first floor you will find the Master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite (twin basins, large bath, and shower).
The bedroom accesses the large balcony overlooking the pool and wooded conservation area.
Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both twin bedrooms.
All bedrooms have Smart Roku TVs.
The third bathroom is also on this level.
Access to the double garage is from the hallway where the washing and drying facilities are located.
Also, in here you will find the games room with pool table.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away, and Melbourne International Airport is around an hour.
You will only be 3 miles from Reunion water park, 9 miles from Disney and 17 miles from Universal Studios.
There are more golf courses than you can swing a ‘driver' at within a 20-minute radius, with Reunion and Champions Gate within 5 minutes!
Downtown Orlando is around 40-minute drive where you will find the most extensive diversity of restaurants catering for all your dietary requirements.
Supermarkets ‘Aldi' and ‘Publix' along with a Liquor store are less than 5 minutes away. Walmart is a 15- minute drive.

We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

This house was just as expected! The outdoor area was exceptional and peaceful! We encountered many animals during our vacation! The location was perfect and close to shopping, restaurant, and entertainment. As a first-time villa vacationer, the owners were very responsive and helpful every step of the way. We will definitely visit again!

We stayed for a month from Oct. 17 to Nov. 17. Could not have asked for a nicer house, location, pool. Great and family friendly. Very relaxing. It felt like home. Liked it so much we plan to reserve and go back again for a month next year, Weather was great. Location great if you have kids that visit with their kids. Close to everything.
