The outdoor area features a pool & spa (heating is an optional extra for both, see terms below), and sun loungers so you can enjoy Orlando’s amazing weather.

The interior is as neat as a pin and the open plan kitchen, dining and living area has been designed with entertainment in mind. The home features five bedrooms with the main and two others being en suite. Three of the rooms have their own LED TV's and there is a pyjama lounge upstairs with a 55' LED TV for the kids to watch their movies and play TV games (bring your console with) while you can catchup with the weekend sports downstairs or watch that movie that you have been planning to see on the 65' LED TV.

The home has parking for two cars, one in the garage and one outside. A washer and dryer is located in the villa. Resort amenities are part of the cost. PLEASE NOTE that the spa is not a hot tub which means it will take a lot longer to heat up and in the winter months may not reach desired temperatures. Note further that the pool/spa can only be heated for the duration of your stay and needs to be paid for upfront. (before your stay).

Located in Kissimmee, this villa is near theme parks. Disney Springs and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Epcot and Walt Disney World Resort are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
