Great location in southwest Cape Coral, easy to everything. Very quiet Neiborhood. Had a small issue with the garbage disposal but not to worry Alexandra, property manager, was quick to have the handy man out to remedy the problem. House was very clean fully equipped. Sit at the pool or grab a chair on the dock and read a good book or take a nap in the warm sun. Oh, and the weather was absolutely gorgeous. Enjoy, I certainly did.

This is a fantastic vacation home! Lots of room for family and friends. You’ll find everything you need during your stay. There are many activities nearby with shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks and nature trails. Relaxing by the lanai and pool with books, food and drinks is the highlight of the day.

We had originally scheduled our vacation for November, 2022, but due to hurricane Ian, Alexandra suggested we hold off until November 2023 to take full advantage of our vacation. This is an absolutely beautiful home. The beds are fabulous. We ended up ordering the same king mattress that was in the master bedroom because we got so spoiled while we were there. We spent the majority of our time being outside in the infinity pool. This was by far the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. It is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Now, I would like to tell you about Alexandra. I am BIG on reviews. After reading Alex's reviews, I was very impressed. After working with her personally, I can honestly say she is the best agent we have ever worked with. She responded quickly to our communication regarding a couple of questions/issues we had when we arrived. The handyman was there within a couple of hours. She made herself readily available and it was a pure pleasure working with her. Thank you Alex for your help. You really took care of us and we wouldn't think of ever going with anyone else but you. You knocked it out of the park.

Wow, wow, wow. This is a stunning villa, even better than the photos show. This is the fourth year we have rented here during July/ August. It is a beautiful, well equipped, peaceful home, with local amenities just minutes drive away. Alex is amazing to deal with, makes the whole process of the stay perfect.

It's always a pleasure dealing with Alex. She's responsive and easy to deal with if little things go wrong. The only suggestion I have is that the carpeting in the bedrooms really need to be replaced. they are stained and need to be stretched. Other than that the place is great and I would come back for sure. I just wish we could get it before May.

This house was exactly as the pictures portrayed. Great location, and the infinity pool was so relaxing as we watched the fish jump out of the water. Dinners on the outdoor patio were spectacular.The property manager was easy to work with and very responsive.I didn't want to leave and actually stayed longer.We have booked again fir next year!

We enjoyed a wonderful month at Villa Osprey. The pictures on the website accurately reflect a beautiful home that is well maintained and has great amenities. The view from the back porch/pool is as wonderful as it appears in the pictures. For a rental property the kitchen is well appointed and the grill is an added bonus. We wanted for nothing at the home. The property location is convenient to beaches and makes it easy to navigate around Cape Coral. We enjoyed kayaking at nearby parks. We could make it to Bunche Beach in about 20 minutes to catch the sunset after work. The property managers are amazing. Alex and her husband, Axel, went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They responded very quickly to every question. If it ever comes down to choosing between two house to rent we will always choose property managed by Alex and Axel. Overall, I think it’s impossible to go wrong choosing to stay at Villa Osprey.

The house and pool is gorgeous. Our host Alexandra was exceptional. Unfortunately our stay was when the COVID19 outbreak happened, so we were unable to do a lot of activities and have the visitors/ family we had planned on.

Loved the location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and center we.enjoy. The pool was amazing as was the house. Absolutely recommend it. Alexandra was outstanding to work with. Made sure we were aware of all issues in the contract. I'm addition she and her husband stopped by at separate times to see if we had questions or any concerns.
