You cannot beat this deal. For a one-time transfer fee of $100 you are entitled to the owner's golf membership for two persons for your ENTIRE stay (does not include cart rental fees)! This is an optional fee.

There is one-time mandatory amenities transfer fee of $150 which includes a resort style pool with 4 lap lanes, 2 satellite pools, pro shop with a café, 6 Har Tru tennis courts, 6 pickle ball courts, 2 bocce courts, tiki bar café, state-of-the-art fitness center with saunas, aerobics room, full-service spa, and clubhouse that will offer fine and casual dining and more.

This is a luxury first-floor two-bedroom plus den, two-bath “Bromelia” floor plan with detached one-car garage, screened front and back lanais in building 8 completed in 2023.

Rate for a 3- month rental is $6200 plus 12% tax per month. Rate for a single month (January, February or March) is $6900 plus tax per month.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE minimum 3-month tenancies until further notice.

To reserve this unit, we require a $1,000.00 refundable security fee due at lease agreement signing, along with transfer fee(s) and a cleaning fee of $200. 1/2 payment is due 90 days prior to arrival with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
