With new owners who brought in all new furnishings, this turnkey villa has everything you need to enjoy your home-away-from-home. The open floor plan includes a large Owners Suite on one side of the villa and a nicely sized Guest Suite on the other side. A den with barn doors offers privacy if you're working remotely or just want a quiet place to read or do Zoom/Facetime with clients or family. The large lanai which backs to a nature preserve even has a tv so that you can enjoy your favorite movie or sports event while enjoying the cool winter evenings. Tiled floors throughout provides easy maintenance during your stay and the interior laundry room is super convenient. And, the 2-car garage offers extra space for any additional bikes (2 are provided), kayaks, small boat etc that you may bring with you.
Burnt Store Marina offers a full service Marina with over 500+ wet slips, dry dock storage and cradle storage, plus a boat ramp (extra fees pertain) Burnt Store Golf and Activity Center offers 27 holes of challenging golf, restaurant and numerous entertaining and educational activities throughout the year. (Golf is pay as you play) This villa also includes a membership to the Fitness club that has pickleball and tennis courts and various exercise classes.

About the owner: Mike and Desiree Maurer live in Charleston, SC where Desiree is a full time Realtor with Keller Williams. They have owned multiple vacation homes in the past and are excited to now call Burnt Store Marina as their new vacation home and are excited to share it with like minded people who will care for it just as much as they do.
Why this property? BSM reminds us so much of Seabrook Island, SC where we fell in love with and were originally looking for a retirement home but were not crazy about the mandatory Country Club fees. When stumbling upon BSM, we were instantly reminded of Seabrook Island and the tropical lifestyle it offers and we knew it was meant for us. We are sports enthusiasts and love to be on the water, whether fishing, Dragon Boating, outrigger canoeing or taking our Key West boat out and can enjoy all of that as well as golfing, pickle ball and more at The Resort in BSM!
Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need to bring any sheets, towels, cooking utensils?
No, the home is completely stocked, right down to wine corkscrew and vegetable peeler!
Is grilling allowed?
There is a grill but can only be used in the driveway, away from the unit. When finished cooking and grill has cooled, the grill must be put back in the garage.
Is there internet or cable?
There is complimentary high speed wireless WiFi. There is no cable. However, all tv's are Smart TV"s so you have access to all of your apps like Netflix, Apple, Hulu, etc. Each TV also has a digital antenna so local stations are available.
