Waterfront Pool & Spa Living
The screened lanai is the heart of Villa Tranquility. Spend sunny afternoons beside the heated saltwater pool, unwind in the built-in spa, or enjoy dinner outdoors with the grill and alfresco dining area.
Overlooking the canal, the lanai offers a peaceful setting for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, and evenings by the water. Keep watch for dolphins, manatees, and other Florida wildlife that occasionally visit the canals.
Private Dock, Boat Lift & WaveRunner Lift
Boating enthusiasts can enjoy a private waterfront dock with a 10,000-pound-rated boat lift and WaveRunner lift. Charlotte Harbor open-water access is approximately 10 minutes away by boat, making Villa Tranquility an excellent home base for exploring Punta Gorda and Southwest Florida by water.
Guests wishing to use either lift should contact us in advance so appropriate arrangements and operating requirements can be provided before placing a boat or personal watercraft on the equipment.
Nearby marinas also offer boat and watercraft rental opportunities.
Three King Bedrooms
Villa Tranquility offers three comfortably furnished bedrooms, each featuring a king bed.
The primary suite includes generous closet space and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double-sink vanity.
Two additional king bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the villa and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower and spacious vanity.
Additional convertible sleeping spaces allow the home to accommodate up to 9 overnight guests.

The open living area provides plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and spending time together, along with books, magazines, games, and puzzles for quieter moments at home.

KatrinaGrace was a wonderful host very responsive and called to clarify things even. Home is absolutely gorgeous inside. I absolutely love love love the kitchen appliances. My husband says thanks it will now definitely cost him more than just nightly fees. I need fridge, stove and microwave like urs. lol house was probably the cleanest ever stayed in. A lot of big dogs in neighborhood that like barking all hours(next door, across canal several places) but no complaints at all with grace or her home! Would definitely book with her again. Highly recommend!

KimGrace was a wonderful host and was very responsive sometimes with in minutes. The home was beautiful with everything you need. It’s in walking distance to Fisherman’s Village and downtown Punta Gorda. We loved having our boat and jet-skis right there ready to go at a moments notice so the lifts were a big PLUS. The pool and spa were amazing and we used them all day everyday we were there. We will definitely save this property and go back soon.

MaraGrace’s home was perfect for our family get together. My husband and I are traveling healthcare workers and we live in an rv. So when family comes to town we need a little more space. This home was well stocked. It has picturesque views. The pool and spa are a welcoming retreat. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is well appointed and enjoyable to be in. Benjamin S.My daughter and I snuck down for a last second stay the first part of March. This Property was as advertised. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The heated pool and hot tub was awesome! Less than 10 mins from the airport the house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, the grocery store and shopping. Managers Grace and April were great to work with! We will certainly rebook when we come back to the Punta Gorda area!

Erin M.This was a wonderful home to stay in with my family. Many rentals include bare minimum supplies and kitchen supplies however, this host thought of everything and more. All items were great quality and it truly felt like we were in a home away from home. The pool was perfect for the kids as well, they were like little fishes for days. My mom is disabled so it was important to have a place where she could also partake and this couldnt have been more perfect! The host was more than accomodating and very communicative. If I ever return to Punta Gorda I would definitely rebook.

BryanA peaceful and beautiful getaway! Positive: A beautiful home, located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. This home exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, stocked with clean towels, bedding, etc., the kitchen was stocked with every kind of item one could need, the pool and spa were immaculate, the bikes and special amenities were plenty and like new, and the location being on an intracoastal canal added that special touch that only being on the water can add. Negative: I wish the beds were a bit softer... but that's a personal preference and it's impossible to meet everyone's sleeping preference. Everything about this home was exceptional.

The pool and spa was awesome, we also had access to other equipment for outdoor activities. The house was very clean and updated, the furniture was clean, no stains and modern, liked it! The host was amazing in make sure to connect with us ahead of arriving to answer any questions and gave us some tips on the property and the area. Awesome property to book! Negative: There wasn't anything to dislike.It was February and it was bite cold. However the heated pool and spa made the difference. Which the host gave super detailed instruction when we spoke and it was also on the instructions that came with the booking.

BrandonGreat place to stay in Punta Gorda. Very clean home and everything looks new. The pool and hot tub was the main attraction. Easy to control the water temp with the Samsung tablet and the water was warm and comfortable. The back patio and pool are screened in and overlook the canal. Two kayaks are provided and they were fun to explore the surrounding canals and see the homes. The house had four bikes that looked new but we had so much else to do that we didn't have time to take them out. Very clean and modern kitchen and bathrooms. The house is in the best part of Punta Gorda so it's easy to get to restaurants, order a pizza, or walk some nice streets around the neighborhood.
