This condo is located in Heritage Landing which has all the amenities you need, whether you play golf, pickleball, tennis or like to relax at the spacious pool setting with a tiki bar for lunch or dinner. It is a 15-minute drive to downtown Punta Gorda where you can enjoy dinning out or shopping at Fisherman Village. We have already booked returning in 2027.

Golf access is available to renters, but greens fees and cart fees are paid directly to the pro shop. Tee times can be booked through the community golf facilities.
Absolutely. Downtown Punta Gorda offers waterfront dining, shops, and events. Grocery stores and essentials are within a short drive.
Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is about 15 minutes away, with Fort Myers (RSW) about 45 minutes south.
