Step outside to the screened lanai and enjoy the best of Florida indoor-outdoor living. Swim in the heated saltwater pool, relax poolside with morning coffee or an evening cocktail, dine outdoors, or simply enjoy the peaceful canal views.

From the lanai, head down to your private waterfront dock to fish, watch the boats pass, or settle in and enjoy life along the water.

Villa Capri makes it easy to explore Southwest Florida without arranging separate equipment rentals.

Guests enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, adult bicycles, fishing gear, and beach gear. Paddle the canals, explore Punta Gorda by bike, cast a line from the dock, or pack the provided gear for a day at the beach.

Pool & Family Safety

The pool is heated to approximately 85°F between 10 AM and 8 PM. To protect the equipment, pool heating may be unavailable when outdoor temperatures fall below approximately 55°F.

For families traveling with children, Villa Capri includes a child safety fence, pool alarm, and sliding-door safety locks. Adult supervision is always required around the pool and waterfront.

Pets & Quiet Hours

Pets may be considered with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, and quiet hours begin at 9 PM to preserve the peaceful residential setting.
