When you transfer the amenities, you have access to all amenities to include: pickleball, tennis, bocce, fitness center, spa, salon and main resort pool with zero entry as well as multiple satellite pools throughout the community. Best feature of all is once you transfer the golf membership, you are a full member of the recently acclaimed Gordon Lewis golf course and you are only required to pay for cart fee for each round.

This community is located just a short drive to gorgeous downtown Punta Gorda, Charlotte Harbor to the north, and Cape Coral, Fort Myers to the south. Less than 10 miles to Punta Gorda Airport and 45 mins to Fort Myers airport. If the beach is your thing, you are less than 35 miles to multiple beaches and approximately 60 miles to Siesta Key Beach.
