Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and smart TV and the Den has a smart TV and a desk for those who may have to work a little on vacation. The condo also has a one car detached garage. When you transfer the amenities, you have access to all amenities to include: pickleball, tennis, bocce, fitness center, spa, salon and main resort pool with zero entry as well as multiple satellite pools throughout the community. Best feature of all is once you transfer the golf membership, you are a full member of the recently acclaimed Gordon Lewis golf course and you are only required to pay for cart fee for each round. ++This unit is a pet free unit++

Birdies and Bourbon in the Heritage Landing gated community was the definition of a terrific getaway. You can close out the rest of world and focus on the things you love to do! Most days we never even left the community as there are so many amenities to enjoy there! The condo is very well stocked and nicely furnished and I can’t think of a single thing the owner did not provide. Speaking of the owner, he was an absolute delight to work with - communicative and friendly and very responsive. I rate this unit and owner a five Star and hope to return to the community next winter for even longer.

We stayed at Birdies and Bourbon for two months this winter. It was the best place we have stayed so far in Florida! The condo was spotless and well stocked. When I say well stocked, it had EVERYTHING you would need and then some. I couldn't think of one thing that you could possibly add. The beds were comfy, furniture brand new and even has an outside refrig on the lanai. I can't say enough good about this condo. Heritage Landing has all the amenities you would want also. We found the people to be so welcoming from the pickleball courts, tennis courts and swimming pool. We even did the dueling pianos one night at the tiki hut (by the pool). Had a blast here for two months and can't wait till next year. Tom is a great host and very attentive!!!!
