To ensure a seamless experience, please take note of the following details:
Access to the incredible amenities requires completing two essential applications: a mandatory membership transfer and a condo association application. These applications require submitting sensitive information directly to the HOA after booking, but closer to your arrival date. These will be provided by the owner and host, Sheri Hickman, upon confirmation of the booking. I will get the paperwork to you. You will also need to send copies of the front and back of your ID, along with a rental agreement.
