Come stay in our wonderful, modern 42’ trailer on the lake. You’ll have the entire place to yourself: FULL KITCHEN, WASHER/DRYER, DECK W/COVERED AREA, MASTER BEDROOM(King bed-Serta with a tempurpedic mattress topper) PLUS a pull out couch in living room, LARGE SCREEN SMART TV, ELECTRIC FIREPLACE & MORE.
You’ll be in an actual resort so you’ll have access to 2 pools , a hot tub, shuffleboard. 30 minutes to beaches, between Sarasota and Tampa off I-75!
ITS READY FOR YOU!! Let our place be your home. Dual air conditioners cool this place like a champ, while you enjoy your view of the fountain in the lake. OR.. take the cocktails outside to the deck and get some fresh Florida air! All the conveniences are here: Plates, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots&pans. Coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, GIANT refrigerator (!!). Dining table for four; 2 recliners and a couch; 55” Smart Tv for Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, HBO MAX & others; Electric fireplace;Ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom. Can ya picture it?( See photos, lol )
Area Information
This resort is minutes from I-75, giving you quick access to head north to Tampa Bay, or south to Sarasota and Siesta Key. There are MANY BEAUTIFUL BEACHES approximately 30 minutes from here. Mall shopping your thing? Head south to University Town Center.
Need groceries? Publix, Walmart and Aldi are all minutes away. Restaurants? WAY TOO MANY TO LIST(google will tell ya more) We are about 2 hours from Orlando and about 3 hours from Miami(for day trips!)

About the owner: Hi! My name is Blake. My wife, Julie and I love to travel and experience new things together, especially with friends and family, making more friends and family along the way!! We love to eat, and try different restaurants, bars, etc. Our transient nature has allowed us to see many parts of the United States, Mexico, Dominican Republic, as well as the Caribbean. However, with so much more of the world to see, we are just getting started. We believe in developing ourselves into better people, so that those we encounter can enhance our lives, with the hope that we can impact them, as well. We believe in respecting what is not ours by MAKING it ours, with the understanding that all 'things' are given to us temporarily, to be treated with care. We have a YouTube channel called Adventures in RV Living if you would like to see some of our travels.
Why this property? We have been living the full-time RV life for over 5 years. We realized when we started that there is a lot to living a simple life, lol. Reality: it’s not much different than a regular home, you can just move when ya feel like it, which is an amazing sense of freedom.
We chose to have The Cottage (what we call our place) as a rental unit because we’re not ready to stop traveling! We currently have a 5th wheel trailer we call home. The Cottage gives us a chance to share RV life with those who may be curious about it before diving in. As well as simply a beautiful resort stay, without the typical resort prices!! It truly is a home away from home, and we know you will enjoy your time here

WE WELCOME THEM(pending availability, of course)
Do you allow visitors?
VISITORS: YES!! Long-term, overnight visitors beyond the number of guests BOOKED, NO. That said, if a friend or family member stays A NIGHT, or A WEEKEND, we’re cool with that, as long as the place is not ‘overcrowded’(no crazy parties). So, if there are those types of visitors , they MUST PARK IN THE OVERFLOW PARKING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PARK( just North of the RV). This is the ONLY overnight parking allowed. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR VISITOR PARKING IN OTHER RV LOTS NEXT TO OR ACROSS FROM THE COTTAGE…EVEB FOR A COUPLE HOURS!! THE PARK DOESN’T PUT UP WITH THIS, SO WE ADHERE TO THEIR RULES. HEADS UP: VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED. Please…for your own sakes…. Don’t try to work around this.
