Step into this spacious open concept home - view the little lake in the back right from the front door.

You enter to the games area - complete with pool table and foosball. Moving through the games area is the living area with 2 full size lounges, chair and big screen television. One of the couches has a pull out bed.

To the right is the dining area and kitchen. The new kitchen is fully equipped with solid birch cabinets stained cherry with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an 8' island. The kitchen is fully equipped with numerous small appliances from a toaster, blender, juicer, slow cooker, mixer etc.

The kitchen, dining area and living room overlook the pool and little lake. For your convenience there is a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer.

WIFI is provided throughout the home.

There are 4 bedrooms - 3 with their own bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full size murphy bed. In addition to the large screen TV in the living room each bedroom has its own TV.

The screened pool area and covered lanai provide lots of space to just sit and enjoy the birds or sunbathe. The lanai off the kitchen/living area is screened and covered so you can be outside even if it rains. We also have an outdoor kitchen area with pool refrigerator and a BBQ.

The pool has a salt generator and is heated in the cooler months at no additional charge to you. In addition there is a large hot tub for your relaxation. There is ample seating and an outdoor dining area.
