Chefs will enjoy the spacious kitchen featuring Kitchen Aid appliances. For cool nights, snuggle up with two electric in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Also for your entertainment are two 74" smart tvs with cable.

Close to Grumpy's Farm Market for your local produce and eggs. Of course, there are several waterfront restaurants on Cortez and on the island side at Bridge Street Pier. All within minutes.

Our home is your home and we are only offering it to a special guest looking for a minimum of a 4 month rental. Guests must be respectful and not a rowdy crowd. There are 4 units in total in the building.
