You can sit on the lanai and listen to the sound of water or take a short walk to the heated pool, hot tub, gym, library, or steam room. Our condo is decorated to give you the feel of staying on the beach, but you are only about 10 minutes away as it is right down Manatee Ave. The condo is fully furnished with everything you will need to relax and enjoy the wonderful Florida weather.

We are situated right behind Bealls, Fresh Market, many restaurants & nail salons, all within walking distance. They are now finishing the new Target store on Manateee Ave. also minutes away next to the Publix's Grocery store. Anna Maria Island is over the causeway about 10 minutes East of us. There are amazing natural preserves nearby, Robinson, De Soto and even Palma Sola Botanical Gardens where you can shop for a plant to bring home with you. Tampa, St. Pete and Sarasota are about 45minutes away and have excellent museums, entertainment and additional beaches.

About the owner: I am a retired Firefighter from Chicago I retired after 30 years on the job. My wife Holly is a retired nurse from Chicago. We have been coming to this beautiful area of Florida for over 20 years. And fell in love with it. Now we live here full time and just love it here.
Why this property? I choose this property for it beauty and location to the beach and other activities. Very close to good restaurants and shopping.
This is a gated community and is very safe.
