This condo is located southwest of the Cortez Rd and 51st West and is close to everything. It is within walking distance to Cortez Rd, it's 6 miles from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, and close to several medical facilities.
The main thoroughfare through the city, Cortez Rd, is about .1 miles from the condo and can be easily walked. From there you have access to a ton of shops, services, and restaurants. Walmart is also within walking distance.
