The screen door slides shut behind you and the pool lights flicker on as the Gulf sun
drops low. Kids cannonball into the heated pool while the grown-ups sink into the hot tub,
drink in hand. Inside, the arcade hums and shuffleboard tiles clack. This is Coastal Palm
Hideaway — a freshly remodeled 4BR/2BA Bradenton retreat where twelve people finally
slow down, spread out, and actually relax together under the Florida sun.
ABOUT THIS SPACE
Coastal Palm Hideaway sleeps up to 12 across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The
primary suite features a plush king bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and direct access to a
newly remodeled ensuite bathroom finished in premium tile with a glass-enclosed shower.
Two more king bedrooms each feature memory foam mattresses and their own Smart
TVs, so nobody fights over the remote after a long beach day. The bunk room delivers a
twin-over-full bunk with a trundle underneath, sleeping three more with room to spare.
Room-darkening shades, closets, and drawers throughout mean actual unpacking, not
living out of a suitcase.
The heart of the home is built for togetherness. A 75-inch Smart TV anchors the living
room, framed by a sectional, lounge chairs, and an oversized bean bag the kids will claim
within minutes. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking: stainless steel
oven, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, plus a coffee maker, electric kettle,
blender, toaster, and rice maker for group breakfasts before the beach. A dining table and
bar seating handle shared meals without anyone eating standing up.
Step outside and the property earns its name. The screened lanai wraps around a heated
pool and shared hot tub, with pool heat included year-round. A fire pit with ambient string
lighting turns the backyard into the natural gathering spot after dinner, while the BBQ grill
and outdoor dining area make it easy to cook and eat outside. The private, fully fenced
backyard also holds a hammock and an outdoor kitchen area, and an outdoor rinse
shower keeps sand and sunscreen off the furniture.
Need a break from the sun? The game room is the real showstopper, with a Pac-Man
arcade cabinet, shuffleboard table, cornhole boards, and frisbee golf gear ready to go.
Add in board games, a game console, beach gear for every guest, an EV charger in the
driveway, a smart lock for keyless self check-in, fast Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and
dryer, and the small details stop being small — they're the reason this house works for a
full week, not just a weekend.
LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY
Coastal Palm Hideaway sits in a quiet Bradenton neighborhood, close enough to the
water for a spontaneous sunset run but tucked away enough to feel like a private retreat.
Anna Maria Island's white-sand Gulf beaches are about a 12-minute drive, making it easy
to pack up coolers and beach chairs for a full day of classic Florida sun. Nature lovers will
want to carve out time for Robinson Preserve, just 4 minutes away, with kayak launches
and mangrove boardwalks. Manatee Public Beach is roughly 13 minutes out for another
stretch of shoreline and a classic beachfront pier, while Bradenton Beach and IMG
Academy are both about 15 minutes away for shopping, dining, and a look at where
world-class athletes train. Grocery stores, casual restaurants, and everyday essentials
are within about 5 minutes, so a forgotten sunscreen or a late-night snack run never turns
into a production.

Perfect house
Bill and Heather were very attentive. House was in perfect location to drive to beach, or stay at pool.Upon arrival we had a couple normal issues and Bill and Heather wastes not one minute taking care of those issue. Very kind people, out of all the rentals I’ve never had owners be so attentive.Hopefully they replace the carpet soon, but that’s just me I’d give them 10 starts if I cpuld

Host response
"We are so happy you enjoyed your stay with us, and as promised, the carpet in the bedrooms has been replaced, along with several other upgrades! We look forward to hosting you again and are excited for you to experience the new floors, shower and other touches we have added to the home! Thanks so much. Bill and Heather"
Depending on the beach, we are 5-30 minutes away from the beaches of Southwest Florida.
We can arrange for electric bike rentals for you to be dropped off at the house. This option will allow you to bike to the beaches avoiding the traffic during busier times.
The pool is heated and we DO NOT charge extra for pool heat.
