Guests have access to the incredible amenities right outside our building, which includes a pool, a pool house with a kitchenette with seating, comfortable lounge chairs, umbrellas, palm trees and more.
Save thousands of dollars on a weekly rental here, you don't need to pay the highly inflated rates on the island. We are steps away in a gorgeous community.
The resort also includes tons more to do for the kids. They can cool down in the splash pad and have fun at the playground. There are also BBQ grills and picnic tables.
Floriday's, a Jimmy Buffet tiki bar/restaurant and the Margaritaville Compass Hotel lobby restaurant is a 2 minute walk conveniently located without having to leave the resort.
One Particular Harbour is situated in the award-winning community of Harbour Isle and offers a remarkable array of amenities including a pool, bbq grills, splash pads, playground and more.
Our condo has a peaceful lagoon view from our living room, lanai and master bedroom. Watch the sunrise from bed or while drinking your coffee on our adorable and comfortable lanai. Robinson’s Preserve is located just behind us and offers a free jungle gym for the kids and nature trails full of wildlife.
Our 3 bedroom/3 bath Nautica plan has been professionally decorated and carefully designed to provide the perfect blend of space and functionality. With an open and airy plan, the kitchen features a large granite-topped island open to the great room for seamless entertaining. The great room flows through a 16-foot set of sliding doors to a large, peaceful screened lanai with views of the picturesque lagoon perfect for watching the sun rise with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while enjoying the abundant bird life.
Our home is only 2 years old. The upscale dining set features seating for eight. You'll enjoy peace and solitude in the refined owners suite which features water views, a large walk-in closet, granite vanity tops with dual sinks and walk-in shower. Guests will appreciate the generous guest bedrooms one featuring a queen set with ensuite bath and a third bedroom equipped with twin beds with an adjacent full bath. The living room and all 3 bedrooms have flat screen Roku televisions mounted on the walls. We also provide one gigabyte speed internet so there will never be lagging at our house :)
One Particular Harbour is situated in the award-winning community of Harbour Isle and offers a remarkable array of amenities, for guest who reserve a stay for 30 days or longer, including the spectacular beach club featuring a fitness center, waterfront pool, sky bar, and lovely gathering areas on the bay plus additional heated pools, cabanas, kayaks, outdoor fire pit, steps to the walking trails at Perico and Neal Preserve.
Just steps to Pier 77 where you can boat out of with your Freedom Boat Club membership. One Particular Harbour Marina features wet slips, dry slips, ships store and more. Just outside the gate you'll find the new Compass Hotel and Floridays Restaurant! One Particular Harbour at Harbour Isle is located just over a mile from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and minutes from the bike paths, walking trails and kayaking of Robinson Preserve.
We offer 6 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and a cooler for the beach. Bicycles can be rented at several locations in the area.
There is a public parking lot that has free parking at the Holmes Beach right over the Anna Maria Bridge, which is right outside our resort. This free public beach has everything you need including bathrooms, food, bars, gift shops, music and amazing sunsets :).

About the owner: My name is Maria Kirk. We are new to the Florida rental market but not new to the New Jersey vacation rental market. My husband and I own Shore Summer Rentals in New Jersey where we have been connecting owners and renters to book direct and save since 2004. We know what renters want in a rental home and give them that and more.
Our daughter was offered a job at IMG Academy as a nutrition coach. After visiting the area several times during her move, we fell in love with Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach and Longboat Key. We decided to purchase this beautiful condo and make it our home for parts of the year and a vacation home for others as well.
Why this property? We just purchased this amazing condo this past January and it has never been rented. It is 2 years young and has all the comforts of home, no corners were cut. We are located right before the Anna Maria bridge which leads straight to the beautiful Gulf beaches. Our condo is located in One Particular Harbour, a Margaritaville community. We absolutely love it and so will you!

How far are you from Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island?
1 mile. We are located at the base of the Anna Maria bridge on the Bradenton side. It's a 15 minute walk or 5 minute car ride. There is also free parking at the beach.
Does your property have a dock for my boat?
No it does not but Freedom Boat Club is located on the premises.

Holly C.Fabulous gulf coast condo rental!
We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo. Two weeks just wasn’t long enough.Location - The location is very good for quick access to Holmes beach and the fun on Anna Maria Island, and really close to activities that happen on Palma Sola Bay.The Condo property- this is a very secure and well-maintained property, with access to a pool and splash pad. Stay at least 4 weeks to have access to even more amenities, including 2 more pools, gym, clubhouse, etc.The condo - from the moment we walked in we were so impressed with the unit. High ceilings, a wall of sliding glass doors to the lanai, and plenty of light made it so cheerful and welcoming. The rooms are large and very well furnished. The unit was clean, comfortable and well supplied. Honestly hard to come up with any complaints.This was the best vacation!! Don’t hesitate to book. We surely hope to be back next year!

Stephen C.Great Summer Vaca
We spent the week with our 5 adult kids at 395 Aruba Cir and we loved it. The condo was immaculate and the grounds were beautiful. We had a 2 minute walk to pier 77 where we could boat out of with our freedom boat club membership, access to multiple pools one of which with two restaurants attached, nature trails across the street for a morning run and a 15 min drive to Anna Maria Island and all of it's beautiful beaches. Zero complaints (even from the kids) and we will be renting there again soon. Maria was a great host.

Thank you Steven. We are thrilled you loved our home as much as we do. Just to be clear, Anna Maria Island is only ONE mile away, certainly not a 15 minute drive, it is directly over the bridge which is right outside the resort. I also was not aware my renters were permitted to swim at the Compass hotel pool in the off-season so cannot promise that to any future renters but our gorgeous pool and pool house are steps away from our unit. The location and amenities are second to none. Take care :)

The condo we rented was superb! We had everything we needed, coffeemaker, adequate utensils for cooking and dining. The parking underneath the unit was nice and the storage area was awesome to use wit beach chairs and hose to clean after our beach trips. The unit was finished beautifully and all three bedrooms had comfortable beds and the bathrooms were excellent. The outdoor screened porch was a nice refuge. The only negative was the properties pool water was too warm and not refreshing, but our children enjoyed the splash pad.Overall a 5-Star Property that was like being home!
