We have developed a comprehensive Safety / Cleaning / Sanitation Plan and work with an amazing team to ensure the home & pool are sparkling clean for all of our guests. We are using high MERV 10 A/C filters changed every 8 weeks. Our AC works with a GERMICIDAL UV LIGHT SYSTEM which KILLS Bacteria and Viruses within the AC Unit ....makes breating air in the house better. We have Carbon Monoxide detectors installed.
Work remotely with our 600mb wifi or LAN-cable network.
The comfortable, tastefully furnished and light-flooded vacation home provides everything needed for relaxing holidays as a couple or with the family and friends. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are no holiday estates in the direct vicinity, all walls are insulated so that you can sleep without disturbance. The garden and pool area is hidden from view and has lots of big palms along the fences. The tropically designed garden with a pool looked after by landscapers is oriented towards the southeast and it is sunny all day long!
Sufficient space is available for two cars in the access area to the house. The unloading of purchases is quickly and easily manageable since you can drive directly up to the entrance and park your car on the driveway. The garage is not available for guests.
We used only high quality materials like oak hardwood floors, Kraftmaid Kitchen and Bathroom Vanity Cabinets, Cambria Luxury Quartz-countertops, high quality mattresses, Whirlpool washer and dryer, high speed internet and much more ......
The master bedroom is equipped with a KING size bed and it has a big ensuite bathroom with huge shower and a free standing tub. The second and third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower. All bedrooms and baths have windows and all of them are equipped with a HD flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and closets. The layout is divided into two sleeping areas also offers adequate privacy for each guest.
The generously sized living-room is equipped with an additional large 65“ HD flat-screen TV offering 125+ Channels, a portable speaker with blue-tooth and USB and a printer. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities such as microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer, big fridge, etc. The breakfast nook and kitchen Island offers enough room for six persons. There are several new board games (chess, Monopoly, cards...), too.
A high-quality washer and dryer (with enough detergent on site), ironing-board, and electric iron are accommodated in a separate and well insulated laundry room.

Our house is completely air-conditioned, filters are replaced frequently - each 8 weeks.
You will feel extremely well in the quiet, sunny, and very private outdoor area. The large 14 X 28 FT own heated pool which is 3 to 8 feet deep is big fun. The pool service checks the water quality and cleanliness once a week. The pool area is spaciously designed and it is equipped with deckchairs, chaise lounges and seating under the lanai. On a big Weber gas grill culinary highlights can be prepared to be subsequently enjoyed at the sheltered outdoor seated area whilst your kids continue enjoying themselves in the pool. If you are travelling with toddlers - you'll find a NUNA-crib, highchair.
Beach equipment such as chairs, umbrella, cool box etc. is on site.
Before you contemplate to book this property - be aware of what the City of Bradenton wants to let you know: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."

This is a beautiful home in a nice residential area. It is well maintained and has everything you could need for a relaxing vacation in the Florida sun. It is close to the beach and local restaurants. That is if you even wanted to leave the beautiful backyard setting we will definitely use this property again for future visit.

We rented this home for 6 weeks and it was wonderful. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and the basics to get started. The beds were comfortable and the lanai was an area that was fabulous to watch the olympics! or just enjoy some relaxation overlooking the pool. Everything was clean and the owner was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. The pictures accurately described this home so there were no unexpected surprises. We would highly recommend this home and we intend to stay again!

We highly recommend this property! This was my first time booking a house off island and I was a little bit worried because we wanted to be close to the beach. However, this house was so great!! The home is in very close proximity to Anna Maria - it was easy to head over when we wanted to! The pool area is great too!

This is the perfect vacation house! Great location, so many fun things to do nearby and lots of places to eat. We ended up spending a good amount of time at the house just relaxing poolside. The house and pool are immaculate and very clean. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the beds are so comfy. Andy was so great to work with and very responsive. We had a great vacation staying here and will definitely book this house again for next season.

We visited Andy’s house in September of 2025 with our two small kids, and we were blown away! The photos really don’t do it justice! The house is beautifully remodeled, VERY clean, every detail is thoughtfully considered, and we immediately felt at home. The pool and hot tub are a dream. My kids spent every day playing with the pool floaties/toys. We really spent most of our time by the pool, in the hot tub, and under the lanai.The kitchen was fully equipped with all new kitchen tools for our family breakfasts and dinners. The master bedroom and bathroom felt like a five-star hotel. But most of all, we loved the location! Grocery stores, Target, highly ranked restaurants, the beautiful Robinson Preserve, awesome playgrounds, yummy ice cream stores, and Anna Maria Island are just minutes away. We felt very safe and enjoyed family walks around the quiet neighborhood.Also, Andy was a great host—he made check-in and check-out a breeze with his instructions and was very quick to respond when we had questions. All in all, we had the best time at the house and can’t wait to come back for our family vacation!

We spent two weeks in this well equiped villa. Close to the beaches at Anna Maria Island in a very nice and friendly neighbourhood. Great pool, hot tub and backyard for staying in days. We highly recommend this place and the landlord Andy!
