A backyard complete with outdoor dining area and bar island that are great for outdoor grilling. A big, fenced in backyard that is great for pets to run around. Backyard comes with a porch and dining area, a fire pit area to spend cold winter nights, and a bar area with grilling as an option.

A house near Anna Maria Island, which is only 10 mins away. Nice little neighborhood with many nearby elementary and middle schools; a very safe area. Small business district is just a little south on Manatee Avenue, and further South is many eateries on Cortez. Hiking, Fishing, canoeing, and a botanical garden are all within a mile or two of this home.

Palma Sola Botanical Gardens - Maintained by the local community, these gardens are commonly rented out to host wedding parties.
Holmes Beach - A twenty-minute drive from the house, located on Anna Maria Island. The most common destination for travelers and locals to relax on the beach.
Robinson Preserve - A hiking trail that reaches across the river and runs through the ecosystems of many local wildlife. Great for walking or biking in nature.
Bradenton Riverwalk - A sidewalk that runs between the manatee river and downtown. Complete with parks, an amphitheater, volleyball courts, a skatepark, and ending in some nearby restaurants and an ice-cream parlor.
