When you stay at our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Affordable Luxury Villa, you'll feel like you're miles away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. But really? You're only 20 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World, and just a few minutes more to all of Central Florida's best theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World… and more!

Our house has everything you need for your next vacation or extended stay in Central Florida. We've got cozy linens, a large kitchen with all the appliances you could want, and speedy WiFi throughout. Each room had it's own TV and Disney+ available to stream. Our private pool and spa are perfect for cooling off after a long day at one of the area's many theme parks or attractions. And if you're looking for something fun to do during those free hours between rides and shows? Enjoy some Foosball or Air Hockey in the game room or we've got great recommendations for local restaurants and activities that will make your time here even better.

In close proximity to Posner Park and Highway 27 Publix (supermarket), Walmart, Target, Walgreens and more. All Disney attractions, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Downtown Orlando and Orlando Intl Airport are a 15-35 min drive. Includes Free high-speed internet.

**Pool Heating is $30 per day and if needed must be for the whole duration. 24HR advance notice is required to turn on the pool heating.

We have some items to get you started on your stay with us. In order to replenish your needs during your stay there are multiple options nearby. Please note that this is a self catering villa.

Our home is located in Davenport, Fl which is 11 miles from Disney and close to other parks and many golf courses! Conveniently located off Osceola Polk Line Road and close to I4. Posner Park which has stores such as Target, Starbucks, a movie theatre and several other shops and restaurants is a short drive away and you are just a few miles to all that ChampionsGate has to offer with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores to grab any additional needs you may have during your stay.

NOTE TO OUR GUESTS:

* You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
* Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the home.
* After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
* Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $30/night + taxes.
* No pets are allowed.
* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
* There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.
* The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.

As a private host, we do our best to offer a 5 Star vacation experience in our beautiful home. We highly recommend getting "cancel for any reason" travel insurance in case of any unforeseen issues that can arise. CFAR travel insurance can cover many risks including lodging cancelations and/or rental insurance at a minimal cost. All reservations made after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, weather, and other conditions that could impact your travel reservation. More than ever, we strongly urge each guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" insurance.
