Stunning end private Courtyard home located at Tuscan Hills with 3 bedrooms 2 full bathroom with own pool
Our comfortable home is located in the highly desirable and peaceful gated community of Tuscan Hills, close to all the Disney attractions. There is parking space for two cars.
It is perfect for families and offers a large pool with extended deck area, sun loungers and includes a child safety fence and door alarms for added safety. Our covered lanai offers a remote-controlled ceiling fan and light with a table and 4 chairs. A BBQ is available for an extra fee. The pool can be heated for additional fee.
Inside the home you will find a comfortable living area featuring a flat screen TV, dining area to seat 6 people and a breakfast bar.. There is a new games room which offers a pool table and table tennis.
Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.
There are 3 bedrooms, one king bed with en-suite bathroom, one queen and one twin. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has two washbasins, a wc and a walk-in shower.
There is also a family bathroom with wc, wash basin and bath with shower overhead. Both bathrooms have a hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped for at home dining including microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and up to date stainless-steel oven with hob and a fridge-freezer.
The home features recent upgrades including tiled floors throughout, ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms. You will also have the use of complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-size washer & dryer, iron and board, linens, and towels. There is also a security alarm system and smoke detectors.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the home .
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
Guests are ideally located for the Disney attractions and local golf courses. There is also a comprehensive selection of restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, shops and evening entertainment available nearby.

We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.
