High end vacation home near Disney. The space

So a really quick tour around the place ...

Let's start with the pool and deck, because you don't come to Orlando to sit inside do you? You've got a gorgeous view across the Highlands Reserve golf course which you can enjoy from some of the most comfortable sun loungers that money can buy.

The pool runs a saline system which provides for a higher water quality than the more common chlorine pools. It's a better hygiene standard (especially important during Covid!) because the system is constantly monitoring and adjusting the water quality. But not only that. It also 'feels' better as the water is lovely and soft (vs. the harsher chemistry of the more typical chlorine pool). The result is the softest water you can get, with the added bonus that even if you spend all day in the pool you won't suffer from the red eyes, dry skin, and frizzy hair that chlorine can cause.

Take a nice cold drink out there, fire up the spa pool, and watch the sun set over the golf course while the 100 degree bubbles massage away the day's exertions. And if you want to stay out there all night the pool lights will put on a lovely relaxing light show for you. It makes a lovely backdrop to relax and spend some time with the people you love the most.

Inside the villa everything is geared towards the high end on quality. Our two master suites are both designed from the ground up around different themes. Forget those places that look like a random selection from a furniture store sale. Whether it's the art deco with a twist feel of master #1 or the beautiful windswept Hamptons seaside feel of master #2, you relax completely because everything just ... works.

All rooms have wall-mounted HD TVs with a full digital cable system for each.

In the bedrooms you'll find solid furniture with brand-name pillow-topped mattresses so that you get a great night's sleep. Let's face it, Orlando can be a full-on place for a vacation. A great day out starts with a great night's sleep, and a great night's sleep starts with a great mattress.

There are sofas that you sink into, different spaces that you can use however you like, and a general feel of living the high-life surrounded by pieces of original artwork.

It goes without saying that you've got ultra-fast WiFi through the whole villa, all bedrooms, and out across the pool deck.

Other things to note
Let's face it, the villa is gorgeous. Everything is high quality, there's nice touches of design built into it, and everything ... just works.

But all that is for nothing if you aren't looked after. I like to hope that we set the bar extremely high for this. But you be the judge. Get in touch and find out.

Pool Heating:
Pool heating is an extra charge of $29/night (if included at the time of booking)
Additional one-off charge of $50 applies if not included at the time of booking but requested during your stay.

Christmas:
We can add a Christmas tree and external Christmas lights for you. There is a set-up and take-down charge for this and we do need sufficient notice to do this so please ask as soon as possible if interested.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, everyone says this about their place.

But how many people can say that they were figuring all this out three years before the contractors arrived? When Highlands Reserve was just a pile of sand? How many people were there braving the insects to walk from lot to lot to figure out where the property would sit? Where the pool would be? Where the sun would rise and set? What the view would be ... in the morning, afternoon, and evening? Yep! That's what we did because, frankly, for the money we were about to spend we wanted to have the best lot available.

After becoming good friends with the salespeople, far too many bribes of coffee and Otis Spunkmeyer cookies, one day that telephone call came with the first opportunity to reserve this fantastic place. It's been getting better and better ever since. We love the time we get to spend there ourselves. REALLY love it. You will too :)
