The space
Entering into Solterra Resorts will feel like a tranquilled atmosphere and then our beautiful home welcomes you and your family to a large free parking driveway. Upon self-checking in, you will be greeted and delighted by the spacious entryway leading into the bright and airy living room area. Our living room is tastefully decorated with a large smart flat screen TV, across from the open-plan kitchen with a large island with extra seating and dinning room area (seats 8 guest) that is perfect for entertaining or for family and friends.

Whilst cooking in the fully equipped kitchen containing large pots & pans, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker (Keurig), and kitchen utensils including for kids all while some of your party is enjoying the games such as Air Hockey, Arcade Basket Ball Hoop set-up in the Garage. Always stay fresh with an in-unit washer and dryer which is also available.

The living/lounge room area contains a large glass sliding doors which invite bright light and fresh air into the space whilst allowing you to look into the large private swimming pool with hot tub with safety fence and a private backyard with stainless steel BBQ Grill and outdoor dining furniture. This is the ideal place for you to relax, unwind and socialize indoor or outdoor on the cozy sofa or lounge chairs while using our free Wi-Fi after a long day at work or exploring the sunshine state. The well-designed sofa, coffee table, area rug and corner lamp adds a special touch to the space.

This home boasts five (5) large bedrooms with King size beds, 2 large rooms perfect for the kiddos with one room has two twin size beds and the other has two (2) bunk bed (full at the bottom and twin on top) and the other bunk has twin beds at the bottom and top, a closet, a dresser with plenty of drawers for storage and bedside lights to create a more ambient environment. This home has two master bedrooms! Treat yourself to bath soak after a long day at the parks in the garden tub or a hot shower in the shower stall in the primary master bedroom located on the first floor or enjoy a nice hot shower in the second Master bathroom located on the second floor with the ability to blow dry your hair immediately after with the blow dryer provided.
The home is fully Air conditioned, all bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the lounge upstairs with a double flat screen TV which is perfect for gaming.

Beautiful Single-family house, with private pool, spa (heat is extra $25 per night for pool and spa). House is over 3600 sq ft!!!

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire house. They will also have access to the clubhouse and amenities there.

Other things to note
**PARKING**
Please use the driveway that allow two cars to park. DO NOT park in spots in front of other houses. Upon entering the Resort, towing information is given to all guests. Vehicles parked in spots that do not belong to the house are subject to towing including street parking.

*POOL HEATING: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation. It is an additional cost of $25/night and has to be for the entire stay, we do not do partial payments. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date.

** BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $35. This will cover the cleaning of the grill so you do not have to worry about cleaning it before checkout. Guests will also be responsible for obtaining their own propane. If there is still propane left on your arrival, feel free to use it, otherwise you will have to refill the tank that is there.

Community amenities are open but we don’t take responsibility if they close because of Covid-19 or any other reasons. In case this house is not available on your desire days, please look at my profile. We have similar homes that might fit your schedule.
