Our Beachful Place @ :2 Bath Gulf Front Condo on the 12th floor with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo sleeps 6 people max, no exceptions will be made, we count heartbeats), preferably 4 adults and 2 kids.
Majestic Beach Resort captures the spirit of life on the beach in a resort with over 650 feet of beachfront, spacious suites, and private balconies. Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it's a one stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!
Area Attractions: If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, Pier Park is around 5 miles away! With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard's, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick's Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. Shipwreck Island is less than 2 miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop, or the White-knuckle Rapids.

Living Room: Leather Sofa Sleeper (sleeper is for kids only) & 2 reclining chairs, wall mounted smart tv.
Dining Area: Table & Chairs for 4 w/ extra seating at the bar area
Kitchen: Fully Stocked, includes both Keurig & Regular Coffee Maker
Laundry Room: Washer, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board *starter pack of laundry Soap provided.
Master Bedroom w/ Private Bath: King Bed, TV & Private Bath w/ tub/shower combo & Double Sinks
Bedroom 2: Full Bed, TV & shared access to Bathroom 2 that is also shared with the hall entrance.
Balcony: Table w/ 4 chairs, 1 lounge chair & beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Things To Note:
We provide a Starter Pack only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, not for your entire stay.
Rental Agreement must be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.
Renter Must Be 25 @ & must be present during the entire stay, we also do Not allow 3rd party bookings.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – No Exceptions will be made.
No Smoking - If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 fine.
Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Check in time is 4 PM: we Do Not allow early check in during prime season. Guests are Not allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.
Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.
IF any of our house rules are violated, renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.
No Pets Allowed: this is a resort rule – if any evidence of a pet is found OR if we find an unauthorized pet in the property, we will evict you immediately without refund and/or charge a fine of $500.00.
