Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book at this resort & this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. This is strictly enforced. A signed rental agreement & a copy of your driver's license will be requested and sent after booking. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check in guest will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

RING CAMERA NOTICE: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do not tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given. Additional charges will apply.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This condo sleeps 6 people max. No exceptions.

There will be 6 wristbands provided to you & your party & left inside the unit. If any are missing during the inspection of your checkout guests will be responsible for replacing them. This unit has a two-car limit. No more than 2 vehicles will be allowed on property.
All Majestic guests will be required to register their vehicles prior to arrival. A link will be sent to guests prior to them checking in. Parking is $40.00 each per vehicle. Plus, the credit card processing fee. Once the guest is registered & arrives the gate will read the license plate on the vehicle for entry.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. We do not provide amenities for your entire stay.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an authorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500.
