The master suite and living room are on the Gulf which opens to the expansive balcony for the fantastic Gulf and coastline views. The master suite features a king bed with a garden tub and separate shower in the master bath. The guest bedroom also features a king bed and a separate guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for comfortable sleeping up to 8 guests.
Air conditioning system is 50% larger than standard for 2 bedroom, with a whole condo dehumidifier making your stay even more comfortable during summer vacations.
The living room has new 55 inch curved, smart TV. Both bedrooms have smart TVs . All linens and towels are provided throughout your stay. Linen is hospitality grade. Other features of this luxury condo are granite counter tops, stainless full sized side-by-side refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All utensils, pots, pans, and dishes to prepare a home cooked meal are provided. Beach chairs provided include 2 seats and 1 matching umbrella.
