EARLY CHECK-IN DETAILS:
Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed or approved in advance. If the property becomes available early, we’ll contact you and may offer access before 4:00 PM for a $40 fee. If you need guaranteed access earlier in the day- consider adding the previous night to your reservation, if available.
→ RESORT PRE-REGISTRATION: Will be a separate $70 RESORT FEE PLUS TAX PER RESERVATION. This will be paid directly to the Laketown Wharf Resort for wristbands and parking passes. A link will be sent to your cell phone a week before your arrival to complete the check in process.
→ Anyone 21 and older can reserve this condo. 18+ require special permission. Please contact the Property Manager and ask for special permission to book.
→ 2 Car Max - Of Site parking available close by for a fee for more than two vehicles.
→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

KatelynWe had a wonderful stay! The condo was just as pictured. Bed was comfy, space was clean, and kitchen was well stocked. Walking distance from Pineapple Willie’s and other restaurants. Host was extremely responsive and friendly— which is a huge plus! 🌞

ElanaValeriya is a great responsive host -very helpful with any questions. Actual unit as described. Our issue was more with the resort, very outdated, elevator wait times excessive. We loved the location, very walkable to numerous restaurants.

TheresaThe condo was very nice, well done, and cozy. Just beware that the building it is in is alittle grimy and the elevators are always having issues and can’t keep up with the guest load. It is also quite a walk from the parking garage to get to the room and feels like a trek to the beach as it is actually across the street. 5/5 for the actual condo just not a fan of location or amenities.

MatthewThe condo itself is beautiful as is the view. Pictures of the unit are accurate, and Valeriya is extremely friendly and responds quickly. The price point is accurate, and the employees we encountered were nothing but pleasant. The negatives aspects arise from the building it’s within and the surrounding area. During the week it’s mostly fine, although Laketown Wharf is a bit run down. Weekends however, the building becomes very loud, even later at night, the entirety of the property smells of weed, and there’s non-stop revving of engines along the street that can be heard all the way at the upper levels. It appeals to a very specific type of crowd, although no one on the property caused us any direct issues. The best way I can describe the condo/building situation is it’s comparable to parking a Rolls Royce in the parking lot of section 8 housing. The condo is too nice for the building/area it’s in.

AnnaThis place by far exceeded my expectations. It was clean and the view were wonderful!! Very quiet and peaceful. I could actually go on about how wonderful this place was and how much I would recommend this place but I will wrap it up.

AmandaGreat location lots to do at the condo so you really don’t even have to go anywhere else if you don’t want to. Walmart right across the street. Great restaurants on site. Heated pool wasn’t heated but otherwise great pools

MicheleWe love staying here! Beautiful place and love how decorative it was very nicely put together. Loved that the kitchen had everything that was needed to cook with not just a few mitch match pots and pans but as it would be at home everything ! Excellent choice from patio furniture to bathroom etc . Very friendly staff an amenities on the property , would definitely recommend this listing to anyone would wants to feel like their on a vacation away from home ! We loved it here an will definitely be coming back again soon !
