You will fall in love with this peaceful retreat. This home comes with (2) 6 person golf cart. You will love zooming around the island on the golf carts, window shopping at all of the gorgeous real estate. This unit is within walking distance to the beach, you will love being able to walk back and forth to the beach quickly! The backyard has a 12 x 20 heated, saltwater pool. You will love lounging by the pool under the palm trees. We also have a turfed backyard and bag toss game as well as board games inside. In the evenings, you will love dining in the screened in, covered lanai to experience true Florida living. Anna Maria Island is truly a magical place!
The space: relax with the whole family at this newly renovated duplex offering 2 separate living spaces! Perfect for multiple families or traveling with extended family! The upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. It contains a master bedroom with a king bed and an attached full bathroom. There is an additional half bath off of the living room. The downstairs unit is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. There is a large, outdoor, screened in lanai that is so relaxing to lounge in at night. You will love watching TV out there or playing card games in a bug free environment while listening to the waves crash.
The closest airports to the property are sarasota/bradenton international airport, st pete/clearwater international airport, tampa international airport, and peter o. knight airport. From the airport, you can take an uber or car service to the house, or rent a car. A car rental is not needed unless you plan to leave the island. There is a grocery store on the island. The golf carts are not allowed over the bridges or on Longboat Key. If you don't fee like driving, there is a free trolley that runs up and down the island from 6 AM - 10 PM and visits each stop every 20 minutes. We have a stop very close to the house. Download the "myStop" app and select Manatee county at the transit authority. Here you will see the trolley stops and live updates.

Area Information
This home is located on Anna Maria Island on the southern end of the island in the Bradenton Beach section. The home is close to Bridge Street, which is the main strip of Bradenton Beach and has restaurants, shops, mini golf, and the famous Bridge Street Pier. There is so much to do in the area! You can go on boat excursions, dolphin tours, a pirate ship excursion for kids, or even rent your own boat and park it at the house in the canal for the week! You can explore some of the many nature parks including Robinson Preserve, Palma Sola Botanical park, or Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. You can even do a kayak tour in Robinson Preserve through the mangrove trees. The area has tons of mini golf courses for kids and regular golf courses for adults. You can explore some of the many restaurants and shops at St. Armand's Circle and then visit the Mote Marine Aquarium down the street. You can go the the Riverwalk in downtown Bradenton which has tons of restaurants and shops as well as a huge playground and free splash pad for kids, then catch a baseball game at Lecom Park. You can explore some history at the Ringling Brothers Museum, Bishop museum of science and nature, or the Manatee Village Historical Park. You can visit animals at Sarasota Jungle Gardens, visit the only elephant sanctuary in Florida, Myakka Elephant Farm, or visit the big cat and exotic animal rescue at Big Cat Habitat Gulf Coast Sanctuary. Some world famous beaches to visit are Manatee Beach, Coquina Beach, Siesta Key Beach, and Lido Key Beach.

About the owner: Hello! My name is Taylar! I am a mother of 2 small children and self manage my 2 short term rental properties. As someone who frequently rents vacation homes for their own family vacations, I keep note of the little things that make the guest experience that much better. My goal is to provide my guests with a home away from home and have them want for nothing so they can completely relax on their vacation!
Why this property? Absolutely perfect for staying with extended family because it provides 2 completely separate living areas. The golf carts are a BLAST!

This house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and then some. The fact that it’s a duplex worked out great for us too. The pool was used daily, and the backyard was a perfect place for everyone to hang out. A nice quick walk to the beach was an added bonus. A couple issues popped up, but the owner was super quick to respond and get everything fixed. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and lanai are perfect for relaxing. The location is so convenient to walk to the beach or just walk the neighborhood. Publix is about a mile away. This is our second year visiting AMI and using this property. Highly recommend.

We loved our week at this beautiful home on Anna Maria Island. It was clean, well stocked with everything you need, and a heated pool the children loved. We loved the location on Anna Maria. You have a choice of a quick 4 minute walk to the beach or use the awesome backyard pool area! The golf carts are an added bonus for fun adventures on the island. Totally recommend this home with plenty of space.

We had an amazing stay at Taylor's house! We had two families, so we loved that there was an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. The upstairs unit has a larger eating area and kitchen, so that was our hangout spot. They are two completely different units with no indoor access to the different floors.Things we loved: - The location was perfect!! We were so close to so much, within walking distance to both the bay and the beach. - The two golf carts were amazing! This was our first time using them to get around, and it was incredible. Our kids loved it and it just added to the island feel. They both worked great! - Taylor was super responsive to any questions we had leading up to the trip and also during our stay. - The beach cart and toys were great. We used them a couple of times when we went to the beach close to the house. - We also really enjoyed the pool and the pool lights. Most of the time our kids swam was in the evening due to the August heat, so the lights definitely made that possible and lots of fun! - Also a tip for families and getting groceries....Walmart in Bradenton delivers to the house. It was so great to not have to go shopping for food after arriving.

My wife and I have been coming to AMI for the last 5 years and looked forward to sharing this with our adult children and friends. The property has everything that you could possibly need. The pool is fantastic, new all weather Cornhole boards were a hit. Shed stocked full of beach gear and carts to lug it 2 blocks to the beach. Taylar is a superhost as far as we are concerned. Very accommodating fast to respond. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Our group of two families with 3 small children enjoyed the space and the amenities. So many supplies were offered that we overpacked tremendously. The location of the house is perfect! Just 3 blocks from the beach! It is an easy walk or golf cart ride. The pool was amazing for the afternoons and really fun with the lights in the evenings! We really appreciated the 2 golf carts that were included as well! When we looked at other rentals we were going to have to rent our own golf carts which would have made the trip more expensive. They also could drive pretty far without concern so it was really nice not having to worry about getting an Uber.The property manager was great at getting back to us quickly when we had questions and was very helpful!The only thing that would have bumped the house to a 5-star stay for me was if the upstairs and downstairs were connected internally. It was a bit of a pain having to walk outside to hang out with your friends who were upstairs or vice versa.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group. Taylar went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with the golf cart. She has the house stocked with essentials to make traveling more convenient. The back yard was an amazing hangout for the kids. The house is so close to the beach, with easy access. Don’t let google maps fool you a short two minute walk and you are on the beach! I would rent here again!!

My family and I rented the entire Duplex for part of a week in July. The house was only a few blocks from the beach, which was incredibly convenient! The house was clean upon arrival and the host thought of everything!! Beach toys, wagon, and umbrella. There were hoses at the end of the driveway and outside the duplex upstairs, making it easy to wash off all the sand and salt before me made it to the house. Access to a coffee maker, washer, dryer, and a golf cart made the trip a breeze and a ton of fun! We spent the rainy evenings playing games in the screened lanai. It was a perfect stay! I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

Taylor and Randy were extremely helpful and excellent hosts. The golf carts made for an even better experience as it made it easier to access the island in very little time. The home has an excellent set of amenities from a grill, to beach wagons with beach toys, umbrellas, to a crockpot, and much more. You will not be disappointed in your stay at this great location.
