In addition to 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen & 1 Twin over Full Bunk) and 2 bathrooms, there is a pull-out couch bed and a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. The adjoining laundry room closet is stocked with beach chairs (6), a beach wagon, large shade tent and beach towels and toys. Also available is a handicap shower assist chair, portable baby crib and baby chair. For extra down time fun, the living room credenza is stocked with games, puzzles and books. Parking is gated and incudes 2 parking passes.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is part of a 65 unit complex that has stunning views, and is steps from the beach full of white powder sand and crystal blue waters that the Gulf of Mexico is famous for. Emerald Dolphin is highly sought due to its prime location and list of amenities including a hot tub, (seasonally-heated) pool, onsite gym and 2 elevators servicing it's 16 floors. Views from the back are of Santa Rosa Sound and Lafitte Cove Marina. Next door is the islands best seafood @ 's and a convenience store. Just out front is the Pensacola Beach Trolley stop (runs May 25 - Sept 3).
