Designed for families and beach lovers alike, this property features a private sand volleyball court, crow’s nest for watching sunsets and Blue Angels flyovers, and access to a beach path only steps away. Enjoy outdoor living at its best with bikes, surfboards, kayaks, a pickleball net, grill, and ample beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a wagon.

Inside, the home features a bright and open layout with wood floors, modern coastal décor, and an abundance of natural light. The spacious living room flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for family meals. When you're ready to unwind, gather on the patio or ascend to the crow’s nest for a picture-perfect sunset over the Gulf. Please note that access to living areas requires stairs, and the crow’s nest includes an additional steep stair climb.
