Gulf Coast Getaways would like to welcome The Salt House to our excellent inventory of Pensacola Beach Homes.  This is a super clean, well laid out, 3BR/2BA Beach House in a premium location on Pensacola Beach.  This is the house for single family or 2 small families with the opportunity to stay on Pensacola Beach in a private home with Beach Views and very short walk to the sand!  It is the location of this house that makes it such a great deal, right next to the house is a sidewalk that takes you straight to the beach, little less than a block walk.  

The layout consists of master bedroom with King bed an on suite bathroom.  Two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom, one has a queen bed and one has 2 twin over full bunk beds.  Additionally, there is a roll away twin bed so the house will sleep 10 comfortably.  This is a nice open floor plan with new furnishings, included a brand new kitchen table (not yet pictured), comfortable living room furniture, laminate hard wood type flooring, and great viewing deck above the house to see the beach!

** The administrative fee includes a $69 damage waiver, thus no damage deposit is required and this gives you $1500 of accidental damage coverage **
