This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Full workout facility on property. Plenty of parking which is completely gated. Walking distance to the beach and world famous Peg Leg Pete’s which has live music nightly.
I try to make my condo very comfortable with hopes that your vacation will be a memorable one. The balcony is accessible from all rooms for the times you’re not exploring, on the beach or in the pool. The kitchen is all electric and is fully stocked with utensils and pots and pans. I also have a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip pot coffee maker.

You will have full access to the condo as well as the workout facility on the 4th floor and a storage area which has beach supplies for making sand castles, beach chairs and boogie boards for the adventurous.
I also have a few spices in the pantry to use as you wish.

The location was perfect, with beach access directly across the street. Perfect view of the gulf from every room and bay view from the outside alley way. The bed was the most comfortable cloud I have ever slept on. We didn’t cook any meals but the kitchen looked to be well stocked and ready to prepare a feast. The owner was very responsive to all messages. The condo was decorated with mermaid theme and I could not have loved it more!! I could call this place home!

Host was extremely detailed with information, and provided lots of things to do and places to go. The property was very clean and full of supplies for us to use. We loved the storage room with chairs for the beach. The pool was maintained very well, so was the rest of the condo. Very happy with our stay and we would love to come back!

Last minute trip and host was very accommodating and responsive. Great location! Beautiful condo and beautiful view, easy access, close to beach, very short 2 minute walk, all the amenities that you would want or need. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils and pots and pans that you would need. Plenty of nice drinking glasses and dishes. Two options of coffee makers. We cook a lot so that was a big plus for us. We enjoyed the view every morning and actually every time we looked outside. Sheets, beds, pillows were very luxurious. We will definitely be back!

This property was very relaxing with the great beach views and easy beach access. The condo was clean and spacious. The property was quiet with a nice pool and ample parking. The host was delightful and most helpful. I look forward to hopefully renting this Pensacola Beach property again soon!

In my experience, most vacation rentals have the bare minimum in supplies and comforts for guests— not this place!! From the super comfortable beds, to the tasteful decorations and shimmery hand lotion, Mermaid shores had over and above what we needed to be comfortable for a weekend beach trip. There were sand toys for the kids, a beach wagon to haul things in, pans and utensils for us to cook in the room (much easier than going out with small kids right now), board games to play if it rained, and much more. In the words of my 6 year old “this place is really spruced up!” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return one day.

White sands and clear waters on bright sunny days is the ultimate get away. This condo was super clean and had everything we could need for our girls' trip: Easy walk to the beach, access to owner's chairs and beach accessories, keyless entry, perfect views from the balcony, the most comfortable mattress and bedding, plenty of towels, available cookware, soaps at every sink, and the cutest decorations to make us feel at home. And the pool area is gorgeous with a wonderful hot tub, comfortable lounge chairs, and sails for shading. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Perfect location. We loved our stay.
