We have stayed here several times and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay anymore if we tried! The location is absolute perfect, you get bayside sunset views from the balcony and all the fun the surf has to offer is directly across the street. It’s a 2 minute walk or a 30 second drive! The condo community is safe and peaceful and we love how it doesn’t attract any loud/obnoxious party groups. The condo itself was clean, well appointed and graciously stocked with everything we needed for a stress free week! We all love the huge pool and shuffleboard onsite and enjoy how close the fishing dock is to the unit! If you enjoy those soft sugar beaches and clear turquoise water, this is a fantastic place to soak it all in!

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet retreat. It is a large complex but very quiet. The unit has all the comforts of home. Bring a paddle board or kayak and enjoy! The gulf is across the street with easy access.Thanks Dave for your hospitality and a place to call home during our transition.

We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful sunsets. The location is great with a view of the sound. Gulf is a short walk or drive away. Restaurants close by are fantastic. The pictures are a true indicator of what you get. The one thing to note is there is not an elevator and there are approximately 26-28 steps. I have metal in my knee and it was a challenge. The younger folks did not have a problem. Dave was great to work with.

Sparkling clean condo, Dave is great host return your calls quickly, the nest place to relax and enjoy life for what it is, my wife and I were in Pensacola on business, but the next time we visit we will make sure we are on Vacation so we can really enjoy the condo and the beach.
