Welcome to Palm Palace, a spacious and beautifully renovated 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom retreat just steps from both the calm waters of Santa Rosa Sound and the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach. Designed with large groups in mind, this stunning home features an upgraded chef's kitchen, expansive open living and dining areas, a private pool with generous outdoor seating, and multiple bedrooms outfitted with kings, queens, twins, and bunks — all with smart TVs and quality linens. The main level hosts a primary king suite with a twin bed and ensuite bath, while the upper level offers five additional bedrooms and a loft, giving every guest their own comfortable space to unwind.

The brand-new ground-level game room — added in 2025 — takes group entertaining to the next level with two large smart TVs, a pool table, foosball table, kitchenette, and six queen bunk beds for additional sleeping accommodations. Outside, the fenced backyard delivers a full outdoor living experience with a private pool, firepit, cornhole, two propane grills, outdoor shower, and lush lawn space. Two kayaks, eight beach chairs, four umbrellas, and a wagon are all included for your stay, making beach days effortless. With the Gulf just a 3-minute walk away and the Sound just steps in the other direction, Palm Palace puts you right in the heart of it all.

Booking Details:

- Golf Cart Rental: $250/week

- Elevator Access: $150 fee (waived for elderly or mobility-impaired guests)

- Pool Heat: $55/day — Please note pool heaters depend on ambient outdoor temperatures. When outdoor temps are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired temperature. Reduced heating performance due to cold weather is a known limitation and refunds will not be provided for weather-related heating limitations. Refunds are considered only in the event of verified mechanical failure.

- Pet Friendly with Approval: $200 per pet, limit 2, non-shedding only
Events: $1,200 fee with prior approval, up to 50 guests
