The Ultimate Family Beach House - 6BR/4.5BA, Private Pool, direct beach access, toys, bikes, playroom - Awesome!
The renovation is fully complete and the new layout is in place. The main floor has been opened up with the following upgrades - new fridge, microwave, and stovetop/oven, new dining room table and open floor plan, new 4 queen bunk bed room, new flooring in all of the bedrooms. The upstairs now has new flooring as well as king platform bed in the loft and 2 single twin built in bunk beds on wall in the loft area. The downstairs remains a great game room area with pool table, ping pong, fussball, and tiki bar area as well as sitting couch area and extra fridge.

The Island Girl boasts one of the best lots on Pensacola Beach. Located at 1301 Ariola the house faces to the South, Southwest with nothing blocking the great beach view. There is no house in front of the view and the beach access is a county deeded access point which makes going to the beach an easy few steps away. The house is best known for it's great surplus of amenities: Game room downstairs with: ping pong, pool table, tiki bar, extra fridge, basketball game, large grill, over 10 bikes, pool toys, beach equipment, and everything needed for you beach vacation.
The house has beach friendly rustic, nice travertine tile throughout. You will enjoy the private lagoon-shaped pool, game room and tiki bar, nicely equipped game room with pool table, Ping-Pong, Foosball, etc. as well as bikes, beach chairs, and wagons.
We have six bedrooms that include three kings, 4 queen bunk bed room, 2 queen bedrooms upstairs, and king platform bed with two single bunk beds in the loft area. .
Besides having a very large kitchen dining and living area combination on the main level we also have a separate smaller living area and kitchenette upstairs. All rooms have smart TVs
The main living area has a 60-inch high definition TV. We also have wireless high-speed Internet access.
Pensacola Beach and the surrounding area offer many options for you and your family to have a very memorable stay!

I give this house an excellent since it was perfect for our family vacation. We got this house after being displaced in Gulf Shores. We have all decided that we love Pensacola now. The house is beautiful and includes so many things to keep the whole family busy. Our grandsons loved the pool table, ping pong. We enjoyed riding bikes and the private pool. We already have plans to return.
