This 7br was prefect for our family of 14 over Thanksgiving. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers in the kitchen helped me feed our group. The kitchen is well stocked with ample pots, pans, dishes, cups, and silverware. We moved the Keurig to the wet bar (with sink) and created a coffee/ hot coco bar out of the way of cooking.The soaking tubs in the bathroom were a very nice touch. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for part of our group that goes to bed early and the other part that stays up late.Rocking chairs on the 2nd level deck were a perfect rest space - half covered/ half uncovered porch was great for sunny days and rainy days.Some of our group was in the Gulf every day - at the end of November! I regret not paying the extra $50 per day to heat the pool.Community park & playground on the other side of the fence. Absolutely perfect location on the quiet end of PCB! Only 5 mins to shopping & restaurants.
