This 4.5 bedroom 3 bath townhome with garage is in the gated, low density complex of Regency Cabanas
Ground level includes a private three car garage equipped with beach and pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart to haul it all!
Bright and inviting, the living, dining and kitchen look out over one of two pools. The living room has a 65" Smart TV with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. Cable and wireless internet are included. Just off the living room is a covered balcony with table and chairs and gas grill.
This is our home away from home, so the kitchen is well equipped with all the conveniences you would expect. Ample dishes and cookware...(this place is stocked!), blender, crock-pot, Kuerig and regular coffee pot included. A large laundry room with washer and dryer makes keeping up with wet suits and towels a little easier. All bed linens and bath towels are provided, we only ask that you bring beach towels.
All the beds are cool gel memory foam mattresses, so don't worry about lumpy cheap mattresses here!

No high rise crowds to infringe on your relaxation and privacy. Your time here will be filled with beautiful sunrises, sunsets, warm waters and beautiful white sand beaches.
The beach is just a quick 2 minute walk from your private garage to the Cabanas beach walkover, through the property -- no busy streets to cross-- gated and secure!
This townhome is located on the quiet residential end, so you won't have to fight the crowds on the beach. The trolley also stops just outside the complex, so during the summer, you can park the car and ride to the Boardwalk, shopping or dining areas.
The island boasts many excellent restaurants from rustic oyster bars to open air cafes, many with playgrounds for the kids.
Summer rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time after 4:00 pm and a check out time of 10:00 am This unit is available year round

Unique Benefits
We chose the Regency Cabanas because it's on the quite end of the island, far enough from the hotels and high rises that our beach is never crowded, but close enough to the restaurants, entertainment and shopping that we can be there in a few minutes.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
The Island Trolley runs Memorial Day to Labor Day so you can leave the car parked and take a ride to the Boardwalk for shopping or dinner.
Favorite Places To Eat
Most restaurants on the beach have have indoor and outdoor seating. We always recommend Crabs, Flounders, or Red Fish Blue Fish for large groups. They can usually seat you quickly, and there's a playground, bar, and gift shop to keep you occupied while you wait.
Peg Leg Pete's is the local favorite. Their oysters are the best! Don't leave without getting Shipwrecked.
Breakfast on the beach, Native Cafe is the only way to go, again, a local favorite so expect a wait.
Casino Beach is my personal favorite on the island. Best Bushwacker on the beach. They recently opened their 2nd story fine dining restaurant...DRIFT. It is absolutely beautiful.
Inside Scoop
As peaceful and stunning as Pensacola Beach is, take a day to explore the downtown Pensacola area. Ruby Slipper for Brunch is a must, my personal favorite is the Corned Beef Bennie and of course a Peach Bellini! (There's always a wait, but they do call ahead seating so you can get your name on the list.) Catch a baseball game in the Blue Wahoos gorgeous bayfront stadium or catch a concert or festival in the Maritime Park. Try the Byrd electric scooters to get around...those things can go FAST so drive safely. There are so many museums in just a few blocks, The Museum of Art, Museum of History, Museum of Industry and the Museum of Commerce. If theatre is your thing, check out the Saenger for national tours or the Pensacola Little Theatre for community musicals, comedies and children's shows. Love escape rooms? Try Escape on Palafox. No trip is complete without a visit to the Naval Air Museum - Home of the Blue Angels. If you have never been, I cannot stress enough what an incredible experience it is. Keep an eye & ear out, you never know when they'll give a little fly over.

This town home is absolutely beautiful. In a great place, far enough away from hustle & bustle yet convenient to everything. The beach is steps away and never crowded. The condo always has beach toys, chairs and a beach wagon. Beds are super comfortable and plenty of room for all of us. We are already planning our trip to this area and condo for the third year.

Victoria S.Perfect beachside home for family gathering
Nine family members drove and flew from Texas and Colorado for a week-long stay in this beautiful, spacious home. It had everything we needed, including pack ‘n’ play, high chair and stroller for our infant granddaughter. The beach was a three-minute walk from the enclosed, secure garage underneath the condo, where we found beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach cart, and boogie boards. We prepared every meal but two in this well-stocked kitchen - with a fancy fridge and a second one in the garage. We even used three provided coffee pots, for our regular, decaf and Keurig drinkers. The only thing you won’t find here is a view of the water, but this place is a great value and Christina is responsive and committed to making sure her guests have the best vacation experience possible.

This home is our favorite place to meet up as a family! We come from all over the place and this home is perfect for us. Last year we were able to use this home to meet up as a family for the first time in almost 5 year. It had enough space for our family to hang out and not be on top of each other and there were 21 of us. We had an amazing Thanksgiving and made so many memories.We honesty have only ever stayed in one of Christina's homes and we have rented from her for over 6 years now. They have always been clean, well cared for, well stocked, roomy and homey. The two times we have had issues, someone has helped us take care of the problem in a very short time. If you have a choice between this place and another, just choose this one! Just not when we want to be there because we will be renting from her again!

This is an amazing property, gated, in a quiet location. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk and the pool is visible from the balcony. The layout of the condo is very comfortable and functional. An extra bonus is the additional air-conditioning unit in the main living space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the towels and bedding nice and new. Our family loved this place and we will be back.

We have stayed at the Recency Cabanas yearly for over 40 years. H3 is one of our favorite units. We bring a large family, and H3 has plenty of rooms and extra bedding. The unit is very clean and all the appliances are working properly. The unit is within walking distance of a gorgeous beach. It has a wonderful porch to sit out and enjoy the outdoors. It has a ping pong table, board games and a selection of good books and magazines. The master bedroom and bathroom are roomy and comfortable. A short walk to a bus stop will allow you to catch the shuttle to the boardwalk. There are plenty of fine restaurants in the area. There is plenty of night time activities. Churches are easily accessible within a few miles. Regency Cabanas has two fine swimming pools for relaxing at the pool. We love dealing with Christina. I highly recommend this unit. However, don't take our spot. We're going back!

Lovely and spacious townhouse on the beach side, short walk to white sands. Lots of room, multiple beds, well maintained- all make this a great place for a family gathering. We brought food; everything else was provided. Lovely weather in mid December. Highly recommend.

Our group of 13 loved staying at this beautifully furnished home in Pensacola, FL. Two master suites with balconies offered comforts galore. The main living area also features a beautiful balcony with rocking chairs. There is plenty of seating area at two tables and a bar. We loved hanging out together - some in our group would watch TV or a movie from the collection while others put together one of the many puzzles there. The beach is just across the street. We liked the location of the house being a bit removed from the main hustle-bustle of the pier. Even so, we went down to see the Blue Angels fly by one afternoon and also heard a live band on the beach another evening. We love Pensacola. It doesn’t get any better than staying at this property!

This townhouse is absolutely gorgeous. The beach is amazing and the owner was exceptional. We were in Pensacola during hurricane Michael and she kept us informed on all details. The home is larger than the pictures show. The grandkids want to live there. We have stayed at Regency cabanas before with christina and would recommend her townhomes to everyone. P.S. the beds are exceptional. Everyone wants the mattress and pillows. Definitely planning on returning in the future

We had six adults and four children staying . There was more than enough room for everyone. Just a couple steps to the beach or pool. Very clean. The owners have everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, iron and blow dryers. And plenty of utensils and pots and pans. We have stayed several times and will continue to stay again and again.

We stayed at this lovely 4 bedroom townhouse for a week with our daughter and 6 children. The place was clean when we arrived and there were plenty dishes and silverware provided . The beds and pillows were top of the line and the bathrooms were also clean and plenty towels were provided. The living room was spacious and clean as well as the dining-room . The kitchen was nice and had a nice pantry. More family arrived for the weekend and there was enough space to accommodate everyone. It was quiet , in that, we did not hear neighbors unless we and they were outside. There was easy access to the beach and to the swimming pools. The children also enjoyed seeing the ducks in the pond. It is in a very nice location and we would recommend this place to friends and family .
