Welcome to Emerald Breeze Getaway @ , 2.5 Bath Town Home is located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. Park directly in front of your door with this ground level entry town home, this unit has TWO reserved parking spaces. No waiting on elevators or crowds. This gated resort community offers amenities that your family will enjoy, like: 11 swimming pools (1 seasonally heated), tennis courts, 18 hole mini golf, shuffle board and a Beach House Restaurant with a pool directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
This 2 Bedroom, 1 1/2-bathroom townhome sleeps 6. This townhome features an open floor plan with tile floors in the downstairs and wood flooring on stairs and upstairs, plenty of seating to enjoy the flat screen TV, kitchen is completely equipped for all your cooking needs, washer and dryer are steps away from the kitchen. This unit allows 1 dog under 25 pounds. Once the booking is confirmed & the dog is added to your reservation a $125.00 nonrefundable pet fee will be requested. All dogs must be picked up after & are to not be on any of the furniture. We do not allow cats. No exceptions.
Upstairs features 2 Bedrooms, with King mattress in the master bedroom. The master has a private balcony overlooking the canal and a full bath in the master suite w/ shower, toilet & NEW vanity. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed & bunk beds with a large closet. Both bedrooms offer tv's for relaxing after a day in the sun. There is a full bathroom upstairs with shower/tub combo off the hall and a half bath downstairs.
Activities are just out your front door with tennis courts, swimming pools and a shuffleboard court. Take a short walk, across the street, to reach the sunny sands of Panama City Beach. If you want to take a break from cooking, Panama City Beach has numerous casual eateries as well as fine dining options. When you get the urge to explore, Pier Park is just 3-4 miles away with over a million square feet of open-air shopping, restaurants and attractions. Miracle Mile Amusement area is right next to Pier Park.
If golf is your game, enjoy both the Hombre Golf Club and Holiday Golf Course, both being within a couple minutes of the town home.
A vacationer's paradise, this resort walks thru to Rock It Lanes which offers a bowling alley, roller skating rink and arcade or enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which is a few short blocks away.
Frank Brown Park is nearby and offers over 200 acres of outdoor recreation with 9 softball and baseball fields.
Whatever your vacation needs may be, this little piece of paradise allows you to kick back and unwind. Historic St. Andrews Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of 'old Florida' enjoy shopping and lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A to enjoy the quaint village of Seaside that features shopping and dining.
THINGS TO NOTE:
We provide a STARTER PACK only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, NOT for your entire stay.
Rental Agreement MUST be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.
RENTER MUST BE 25 @ & MUST be present during the entire stay, we also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Check in time is 4 PM: we DO NOT allow early check in during prime season. Guests are NOT allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.
Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.
IF any of our house rules are violated, renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.
For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do NOT tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.
