Entrance hall

Through the main door you enter a spacious hall which demonstrates the impressive size of the whole house. A wonderful designer lounger invites you to relaxing reading hours. Here you find a small writing desk with Wi-Fi printer.

Living areas

The house has two living areas. One cozy sitting area with cuddly sofa and an armchair is adjacent to the kitchen and its dining area. An LG soundbar allows for relaxing music sessions.

The pool area can be accessed directly through a sliding door glass door.

The larger living area forms the center of the home. Bright walls and high-quality furniture give the whole light-flooded room impressive size but coziness too. With a combination of a comfortable corner-couch and an armchair it has more than sufficient space for just relaxing get-together, a gaming evening or just a quiet retreat for reading, enjoying music or movies on a great 60´´TV with Bose soundbar & Bass Booster.

Big sliding doors allow to open the room completely to the pool area.

Kitchen & Dining Area

The white kitchen with Granit-countertops is fully equipped with high quality dishes and cutlery. A kitchen, that invites to cook together. You find all necessary electric stainless-steel appliances, glasses, china and cooking utilities in more than sufficient number.

The kitchen is adjacent to the big dining table with 4 chairs and a bench which allows for open communication and axing meals.

All rooms are equipped with numerous possibilities for storage and filing.

Bedrooms & Baths

All Bedrooms are bright and individually decorated.

The spacious Master bedroom offers a King-size bed, a large dresser and two nightstands with lamps as well as some chairs.
