Only 20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal and Legoland. We are within reach for a day trip to Clearwater Beach or Cocoa Beach to check out a launch from Kennedy Space Station!
The home is well equipped and super comfortable -
Downstairs master has updated en suite bathroom and double shower with tasteful marble flooring and counter tops updated in the last year, master room also has a private seating area overlooking pool deck for a moment of peace or to unwind!
There is a further queen room downstairs and a half bath, a second en-suite upstairs with a queen bed plus two twin rooms which share the family bathroom.
A huge well equipped kitchen plus two indoor and one outdoor dining area allow plenty of choices for meals or morning coffee. A brand new stainless steal fridge freezer dispenses all your filtered water and ice needs.
The garage boasts a pool table, a gaming area with a Wii plus Mario Kart and controllers. The WIFI is strong and suitable for streaming and gaming.
The home is equipped with many infant items such as high chairs, baby chairs, a stroller and two pack n plays.
Outside there are many chairs and sun beds together with umbrellas for shade and an outdoor dining table.

Disney Springs and the parks are just a short drive away, but there are plenty of local attractions too. Posner Park is minutes away and boasts a large mall with Target, Starbucks, Best Buy and plenty of other options. Bok Tower gardens are around 45 minutes away and offer a tranquil garden setting ideal for beautiful pictures. Cleremont and Lakeland are close by with malls, movie theaters and beautiful lakes (some with beaches and kid parks).
We are super close to Publix, Walmart and many dining options.
