Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We were very comfortable and felt right at home! Having two master bedrooms was definitely a plus! We loved using the pool and spa in our down time. The house is located in a quiet gated community, which made us pleasantly surprised at how closely it was to Orlando & Kissimmee attractions and shopping. The owner was very pleasant and professional to deal with, as was the management. We will definitely seek out this villa for future Florida vacations. It was really difficult to have to leave.

The house was very clean and very well,it was a beautiful house. We enjoyed the pool very much. I wish it was a little bit bigger. I love having a washer and dryer. My complaints are the beds and the blankets covers were very old and should be replaced. My sister's room upstairs the bed was very old and it seem to have a hole where the Springs were so she could not sleep on that bed, it was squeaky. Also the sofa bed in the entertainment room was not working it was broken. We would rent your the home again if those updates we're done. Thank you for making our trip very enjoyable.

We were so impressed with this home and it's owner Rod. We went for a long weekend for spring break, my husband, myself, and 5 kids and the house was more than enough room for us all. We looked how comfortable the home felt and how clean it was. This was my first time booking a vacation home so I was a little iffy about it all but Rod made me feel very comfortable. This home had everything we needed for our family to feel comfortable, including dishes, cookware, towels, wash clothes, etc... The pool and spa were perfect and the patio furniture was perfect for meals. There are a couple of different shopping centers just right outside of this community that made picking up last minute items a breeze. We also enjoyed the privacy of the home. I would recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful home and my family and I cannot wait to go back!

My wife, our daughter and her partner with their two children (9 and 3) and I are just back from our holiday in Orlando, where we stayed in this fabulous villa for two weeks. It is situated in a serene gated community just off I4, junction 58, which is just south of the major theme parks at Disney, Universal and Sea World. It is a couple of miles from Champions Gate so amenities such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants are very convenient.
We had tons of space in this villa, with only four adults and two children, and it meant we were able to have our own space when required. It has everything you could possibly need in a holiday home, including a games room with television, pool table and table football, and a large covered pool and jacuzzi which was well used by us all.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone having a holiday in this region, and would definitely try to book it again when we make our next return trip to Orlando.

This was our second visit this villa, and once again left not disappointed. As soon as we walked in the door it felt like being at home. The villa is in a clean, quiet gated community not far from both the I-4 and 192, so great for getting to all the parks, restaurants along at Champions Gate and on the 192. There are also a supermarket, petrol station, takeaways, chemists, bank and restaurants close by - all that you need within 5 mins drive.
7 of us stayed at Caledonia Lodge - 4 adults and 3 kids - but we all had loads of space, and meant we had our own areas in which we could relax. The villa is airy, well appointed and decorated and the fact that the games room is actually in the villa - not the garage like in many other villas - is superb. Had a few competitive pol matches at night with either TV or music on. Great.
The pool and spa was big, clean and great for relaxing after a long day in the parks and malls, and I am sure we were all in it most days/nights.
The owner (and mgmt company) were really helpful and answered any queries that we had promptly.
The villa is perfect for a large family and we will have no hesitation in recommending and would book again. We can't speak highly enough of the service we received and the villa itself - such a pleasure staying there - in fact one person in the party actually only booked once they knew we were returning to Caledonia Lodge.

This was our first time renting a home in Florida. Caledonia Lodge was located in a quiet neighborhood. We relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the game room. There was more than enough space for 5 adults. This home came with all linens needed for the week. My family enjoyed our stay here very much!

We loved this house. We stayed for a long weekend, and the size, location and amenities could not have been better. We have a 5 yr old and 7 yr old, and they loved swimming in the pool at night (we got it heated, as it was cool in January). They also loved playing in the game room. The house is an easy drive to the parks, grocery store and restaurants. We would stay here again!

We stayed for 13 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Loads of space for a family with 4 young children, we particularly loved the pool and games room and the location was very convenient to all of the parks. The house was very well stocked with kitchen appliances, washing machine and dryer. We cooked most nights after long days in the park and so the nearby supermarket was very handy and it was lovely to be able to sit outside at the pool and relax. We paid extra to have the pool heated and we were glad that we had as it would have been too cold in October. We used the pool every day, there were loads of towels available for our use too which was really handy. We were very sad to leave and if we go back to Orlando we will definitely stay here again. The owner was a really nice guy who was very helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Caledonia Lodge. The villa was modern, clean, well appointed, spacious and the air conditioned games room is quite a rare and welcome find. The villa is located in a nice gated estate which is ideally located for the theme parks and a good variety of local shops and restaurants. We've stayed in many rental villas in Florida and this one is fabulous. The owner was extremely helpful and always responded to any communications or queries exceptionally quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caledonia Lodge and look forward to our next visit.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, 6 of us stayed there and we had loads of space. The villa was spotlessly clean and well decorated.
We were met on our second day by a representative from the management company who was really helpful.
The games room is brilliant it is actually in the villa, not the garage like other villas we have stayed in. The pool was a joy, we had requested it to be heated which was a wise decision in April. The spa was great and really relaxing after a long day in the parks,

Great area, beautiful home with plenty of space to swim and relax, will book again next time we visit Orlando! I was hesitant to book a rental online but all my worry was put to rest by the owner and property manager. We had a great stay and everyone was very impressed. Heat was on in the pool when we arrived and a Christmas tree put up which the kids loved. Great area with a Publix grocery right down the road, along with a CVS and Dunkin Donuts. If you need something open later go a bit further down towards Champions Gate and there is a Walgreens open until midnight and some other options. Quiet neighborhood and very clean. The only very slight down fall was the beds which a few people said we not the most comfortable but I slept fine. Close to I-4 and only took between 15-40 minutes to get to attractions depending on which park we went to. The property management lady came and met with us to go over everything and to see if we had concerns. Overall a perfect vacation and I can’t wait until we can visit again.

From the moment we turned the corner to see the home we knew it was what we had hoped for. All the amenities you could want. The house, all contents and pool were very clean and in top notch condition. there is a supermarket nearby for your snacks and breakfasts, as well as a pharmacy. In closing, this rental is in a great quiet location, within 15-20 minute easy drive to all the parks and restaurants. It is far better than expected and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone

We stayed for 3 weeks and by the end of that time it felt like we lived there permanently, & we really didn't want to leave.
The location is great, close to I4 and also there's a straight road that takes you really quickly (9 mins) to loads of the restaurants on the 192. Its also quite a quiet & secluded neighbourhood; we spent time pretty much every day in the pool, and only on 3 occasions did we see anyone in a neighbouring pool. And the 'frog chorus' that comes from the trees behind the pool is amazing to listen to when they get going after dark.
I researched a lot of homes before choosing this one. The layout is one of the best, with an upstairs games room & a downstairs master bedroom accessible from the pool area.
Kay & Nick at the management company provided excellent service. We had a couple of minor faults & they were with us in 10 minutes when we phoned.
The only negatives were a TV in the games room that turned out to be unfixable (& will I'm sure already have been replaced), and also the fact that we could find no DVDs or PlayStation games in the house, meaning of course we could not use either device. Had we known we could have brought our own with us, although I guess our UK DVDs wouldn't have worked anyway.
Overall a fabulous place to stay, and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends or returning there myself.

I very much liked this home! You will not be disappointed if you choose to rent this. It's easy to find, in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a garage that you can actually park in, instead of a game room taking up it's space. The game room is upstairs instead! An abundance of towels and sheets are available. There is a laundry basket in the garage above the washer and dryer, also a styrofoam cooler and a baby umbrella stroller in the garage. They start you off with shampoo and soap in all the bathrooms and even rolls of toilet paper. The kitchen has what you need to cook at home with (even a small bowl of condiments and coffee filters in the cupboard!) You will also find a couple of cold packs for the cooler in the freezer. We met with Nick, the manager, the second day we were there - he's awesome. Helpful with the area and your needs. We mentioned to him that the tv remote was not working properly, and wouldn't ya know it - the next day his wife Kay (also wonderful) showed up with the cable guy to replace it! Please don't hesitate to stay here!! The owner Rod, is very quick to respond to emails too! Thanks so much Nick, Kay and Rod!!

We stayed for 7 nights for a Disney/Universal vacation with our children and grandchildren. This was a fabulous home for us. We are still talking about what a perfect choice of accommodations this was. I would highly recommend this to anyone planning a Disney vacation. The drive to parks was extemely easy. One of the smoke alarms was beeping and someone came to fix it that same day. We requested high chairs and cribs and they were ready for us when we arrived. The pool was great....just wish we had more time to enjoy it! Everyone was so easy to work with. We adjusted our dates several times and they were very patient with us. I cannot say enough about this wonderful home.

This holiday home was everything you could ask for. From the welcome by Nick the morning after we arrived (he was very informative with hints and tips for places we didnt know existed, even as seasoned visitors to the Orlando area for the last 20 years)
The home itself suited all of our family and was extremely luxurious. 5 fabulous bedrooms and the entire villa was probably the most spacious that we have stayed in.
Its location was terrific for all ameneties, from parks to shops to restaurants.
We so enjoyed the pool, particularly inviting when arriving home after a hard day at a park or a mall.
Overall a superb villa and we have no hesitation in highly recommending it to anyone thinking about a holiday in Orlando.

From the moment we arrived at the gates to Cypress Pointe, we felt sure we had chosen a special place to stay. The area itself is in a quiet location, but literally a 4-5 minute drive to a good selection of shops, restaurants, gas station, supermarkets, take- aways and many other useful stores - everything you could need for a perfect holiday. The villa itself is a real credit to the owners (Rod and Sheila) who were magnificent from the very first moment we contacted them to enquire about the villa. The amazing villa just gets better when you open the door and see how beautifully the villa has been furnished and decorated. The layout of the villa is also brilliant - no stairs overlooking the lounge area as is the case with many, and all 5 bedrooms are spacious (no box rooms). The master bedroom (which is downstairs) is huge with a massive en-suite bathroom/shower room with a door which leads to the pool area. This is really useful because it saves walking through the house with wet feet to get into the bathrooms if you've just come out of the pool. The lounge area is a really generous size with lovely comfortable sofa's (ideal for slouching on after a tough day at the parks!)The kitchen is a nice size with loads of cupboard space for all your groceries and well equipped with every mod-con you'll ever need. The pool area itself is just off the kitchen and the deck is ultra safe being constructed of brick flooring to provide a slip free surface. The pool is a great size and quite private with no other villas overlooking the villa from the rear. The other feature I have to mention is the games room upstairs which is equipped with a pool table and table football where we spent many hours in the evening playing these games. Everything about the villa (and I mean everything) is superb. We can't thank Rod and Sheila enough for allowing us to stay at this amazing place - this villa really is simply the best.

Great house with lots of amenities close by. Fantastic location for golf as 5 courses within 5 minutes of the house. Disney only 12 minutes on the I4. Lots of space in the house so would suit 4-8 golfers with lots of space to store clubs etc.
Looking forward to our trip next year already.

Our first time to Disney World was made even more exceptional by having the use of this large and comfortable home. Perfectly situated to easlily access Disney and then come "home" and crash, make dinner and enjoy their spectacular pool and hot tub. Raining? No problem - they have a game room stocked with fun. Each room seems to have a flat screen TV. Only request would be to please add recycling bins!! In this day and age we should all be recycling. Most of our trash could have been recycled. We cringed when we had to trash what should have been recycled. It's a spectacular place, perfect for family, friends and relaxing. Enjoy! We did!

Based here for the duration of our two week visit to Orlando. Property is very spacious, comfortable, clean and close to both Disney and Universal parks. Family loved relaxing in the pool, playing in the games room. Location very quiet. Would definitely come back & stay here.

We had a wonderful stay. The home couldn't have been more beautiful. The attention to detail was unbelievable. The location of the house was perfect 18 minutes to attractions. Shopping center was a few minutes away. It was more than we expected. We enjoyed the privacy of the patio and pool, having our meals outside each day. We want all to know we were spoiled. Knowing the house was not available the end of February when we will be traveling back to Orlando for our Son's wedding, Susan and I went looking for other rental homes. Nothing we saw compared to your home. With that being said if you have a cancelation on last week of February please contact us.
The house was in excellent condition. Being in the cleaning business, the housekeeping staff did a great job. The house was very clean and ready for guests. A fantastic sized villa on a new, peaceful gated community! The oversized games room was a huge bonus for a four teenage children which meant at times, the wife and I had the pleasant surroundings of the large pool to ourselves. This spacious and comfortable home was a joy to return to after a hecktic day at the theme parks. The local amenities are of a very high standard and are now greatly missed. We had a 'fantasmic' three week vacation and are anticipating our speedy return.

Owner very easy to work with on this rental. Great house. Master bedroom downstairs so have some privacy as we traveled with 4 teens! Also set up well for toddlers as there is gate from pool and security system that lets you know when door is opened and what door was opened. Good game room as well. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

We loved the area, the house, the pool, and all the amenities!! It was an awesome time for our family!! My 83 year old mom enjoyed her first visit to Florida and the beautiful master suite!!

My 28 year old daughter had recently been in an auto accident, so she wasn't able to travel to Disneyworld every day with us. She stayed behind at the house for several days of our visit and loved relaxing in the pool or the jacuzzi. There were five of us so we were able to spread out in comfort. It was awesome!

The house is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed here with 2 small children and Granny. It was close enough to the parks without having to get stuck in the traffic home. The pool was ideal, as it has a shallow end and it is nice to be able to use it anytime and not have to fight over loungers! :) Everything you could need was available in the house and the grocery store is only a short trip up the road.

home was perfect , we had a couple of issues with the pool and spa heat that were corrected in the first couple of days- asside from that we had a great stay , home was clean and close to attractions but far enough to have some privacy

Very good service from the owner from start to finish. The villa was superb in terms of comfort & safety, and within reasonable travelling distance of all ares of interest. The local amenities were within 5 mins, and catered for all our needs. Overall the standard of the villa was great, had all the features that you would care to need, and tastefully done. Lovely big pool. Only drawback was the weather! Worst February in a long, long time!
