Why Kids Love It
Just steps to the beach, close to Time's Square and the Pier (plenty of shops and restaurants), pool, spa, beach chairs, toys, etc...
The north end of the island is a bustling hotbed of activity. Times Square is the hub of activity, featuring plenty of restaurants, shops, and other events and is easy walking distance. The pier offers fishing and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of shopping and other dining within just a few minutes by car. A short car trip will get you to a number of marinas, as well.
Walking is the way to go. We have stayed for an entire week and barely used our car. Plenty of shops & restaurants are close to you. During season, LeeTran offers a free trolley service up and down the island. There is also bus available from right up the street that will get you anywhere you need to go in Ft. Myers. Uber/Lyft also plentiful on the island.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Times Square / Pier is within a 4 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and activities.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in our houses?
All of our houses include common amenities needed for your stay. Each property is stocked with linens, towels, hair dryers, laundry detergent, dishes, utensils and cooking items for use. We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags to get you started. We do NOT provide shampoo or soaps as these items tend to be very personal to each family and we don’t want to introduce items that can cause allergies. Properties at the beach have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys and coolers for you to use (Please note: The beach accessories may not be available at all times due to others using them, breakage, theft, or attrition. We do our best to keep these stocked with all you will need). All homes have a washer and dryer for use during your stay.
Can we book directly with you or do we need to go to a third-party booking site?
Yes, you can book directly through us. While we do use third-party sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Booking, and TripAdvisor, you can save booking fees by visiting our booking page: or by contacting us directly at our website. (We do not advertise on Craigslist. If you do see one of the properties on this site listed on Craigslist, please let us know. It is a scam.)
