This was our first rental experience and it far exceeded our expectations! We came for 4 nights to celebrate two of our daughter’s graduations as a family of 6. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, and cute and a block from the beach! We had plenty of space and everything we needed to make breakfast and lunches at the house. The kids loved the pool at night, the lights were so pretty. The bonus room by the pool was perfect for our teens with a bonus bathroom/ shower that came in handy with 6 of us. The owner was so helpful with suggestions of things to do around town. We loved having the towels, beach chairs, wagon, and even a cooler to take with us to the beach! Publix was a couple blocks away for anything we needed. Thank you for having such a great place available to stay. Kids can’t wait to come back.

This is a beautiful home in a great location with all of the amenities. My husband and I brought our two teenage sons and three of their friends. We had more than enough room and everything we needed for a great vacation, including bikes, games, beach gear and a gas grill. The cabana is downstairs and is almost like a separate apartment, which was great for our older teens. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and on the screened porch. When we felt like going to the beach, it was only steps away. The grocery store and restaurants are close by too. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and a blowup mattress. The host was extremely friendly and attentive. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house has everything you need if traveling with small kids(pack n play, bed rails, high chair, beach stroller, beach wagons, toys) which made our lives so much easier! Very short walk to the beautiful beach, pool was great. First day we arrived the AC was not working, Gabriela was quick to response and get someone to come out and fix it. The repair company did came very late but at least it got fixed that first night and we we’re able to sleep in the AC! Gabriela also kindly dropped gift card to Royal Scoop ice cream for our trouble. That was very kind and much appreciated. BEST place for ice cream-it’s a MUST go to! Overall great stay, would recommend and would consider staying again.

This was our first time to Fort Myers Beach and this rental was perfect! Great location, only a 2 black walk to the beach, wagons/coolers/chairs were all provided. The pool was nice and warm, plenty of patio furniture. A nice screened-in porch to enjoy in the morning, rooms are adequate size, kitchen had plenty of amenities. The Publix is only about 5 blocks away to get supplies. Gabriella was great to work with!

Spent a week here with our 2 kids - ages 3 & 6. Having our own heated pool was key as the kids were able to start enjoying Florida immediately every morning. Lots of pool toys are available for use! Proximity to the beach was awesome - short walk and lots of beach items to bring with - wagon included! Owners were very responsive with the couple questions we had for them! Highly recommend this property.

We just finished a week stay at this rental and it was great! The house was perfect for our family with 4 young kids (ages 2-10). The pool is shallow and great for this age group. The house is clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach and beach access made our trip amazing. It was such a short walk to the beach, set away from the busy time square area. It was safe and easy and fast to walk - even with little legs. Having the wagons, coolers, etc available to use for our daily beach trips also made a big difference for us! Our only complaint was the queen bed mattress felt pretty old, squeaky, and not much softness left in in. We switched around who had to sleep in it based on complaints of the noise/squeaks when moving around.
We would absolutely stay here again - check in and use of the house were a breeze. We didn’t have any issues of any kind with the house. The ease of renting this house made our vacation wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Breeze Palmetto home. The listing description is very accurate. Our favorite amenity was the heated pool. We've stayed at other properties in the Jan-Feb timeframe in the past that claim to have a heated pool, but the Owner of this property clearly knows how to keep their pool heated during the colder months of January/February. We also enjoyed how close this property is to the beach making it super convenient to come/go as much as wanted. Thanks again for a great week!

We visited Fort Myers Beach the first couple of weeks of December to enjoy distance learning and work from the beaches of Fort Myers instead of Minnesota. Gabriela was a great host. Any time we had a question she was quick to answer. The location was perfect. We were about 3 miles from Times Square and the beach by the house was quiet and perfect! Morning walks and sunny days on the beach were fantastic. Gabriela has everything you need for the beach. Toys, chairs, towels, and a wagon to make the one block walk. The beach access is so close! As for the house, we are a family of 5 with two teenage boys and we had plenty of room for "work from home" and distance learning. The oldest had the basement, and it was perfect for him. We also used the lower level as our fitness center. The main level had a great 3 season porch we used as a classroom and an office. Overall there were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Publix is a half a mile away and was very convenient for all of our trips. The pool area was fantastic. There was lots of sun until about 3pm. The pool was warm and there were plenty of chairs and loungers. There was also a gas grill that was easy to use. The internet was fast which was important since we were all working and doing school from home. All of the TV's were set up for streaming and the Xfinity account is set up on all of the TV's. There was no delay in the internet even though we were all on it. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet place in Fort Myers Beach.

The place was really close to the beach, you could go back home to get a drink of water and return to the beach without having to think twice about it.
The house had a storage room full of beach stuff we didn’t need to buy anything in addition to having couple of wagons to haul your stuff to the beach. It sucked that there wasn’t a fishing rod to use so I ended up getting one and left it there, so now you can fish too.
Communications with the owner was very easy and friendly, she let us check in couple of hours early when the house was ready since our fight was an early flight, the kids were excited for the beach.
There is a Publix less than a 5 min drive and every other chain within 20min drive from Walmart to target, Aldis, Walgreens...etc
The pool was really nice and it was semi heated so you could enjoy it, the pool area is fully equipped with everything you need to spend the full day at the pool whether you wanna lay down and tan or have a breakfast at the outdoors table.
The beach is clean, the sand is great and the waves are calm most of the days so they’re excellent to swim in. We ended up seeing some dolphins really close to us while swimming (almost had a heatstroke thinking it was a shark for second lol)
We had a little issue with the freezer and the owner sent the repair man right away.
Overall I think the place is worth the money, if it fits your budget you should book it

Pictures online are exactly what you get. I was super impressed with this house. We made breakfast in the well equipped kitchen every morning. Ate breakfast on the front porch in the morning. 3 Bedrooms were the perfect size for our family of 7. Plus the downstairs bonus room with a fold out couch with another bathroom was ours to use too. Heated pool had lights in it and the string lights that went around the backyard was just the right lighting for an evening swim. Out door shower with hot and cold water to rinse off any sand from the beach. And the storage room with everything you needed to take to the beach was AWESOME! Beach chairs and canvas wagons to pull them to the beach. Loved, loved, loved the whole package deal of a house. I would come back and stay again at this house!!!!

Everyone in our family loved this vacation house. There was plenty of room for the kids to have their own space and the walk to the beach was a quick 2 minutes. We drove down to Time Square because the trolley service wasn't running but parking was easy to find and much cheaper than we anticipated.
The kitchen was great for our planned seafood feast. Everything we needed to cook was there for us to use.
We all had a great time! Thanks so much for the great family memories.

I booked the property for my husband and I, and our daughter and her family. My husband and I were not able to travel due to health concerns, but my daughter and family loved the house, backyard pool area, and the beach.......for three days only of our week long plans. Airline cancellations due to corona-virus concerns led to an early trip back home. My daughter's family found the house was convenient, easy to be in, a great accommodation. Wonderful, friendly neighborhood. The backyard pool area was perfect for their family and for the limited amount of other tourist activity at this time. The one day on the beach was all they had hoped for and such a quick walk! Beach provisions at the house were welcomed. The owner was beyond courteous with updates on corona-virus travel and beach closings. We will visit this same property again at another time!

The location is ideal. One block from beach and away from crowded in town Fort Myers. Gabriela was great to work with and I would definitely book again. The house is adorable and the pool was perfect for hanging out when done with the beach.
Publix is about a mile away and really enjoyed Charley's boathouse which was about a mile and a half away great king crab legs, blackened shrimp and outstanding service.
Loved that Fort Myers is beach friendly and was able to walk my dog daily on beach.
Overall a memorable Christmas.

We absolutely LOVED this our time Sea Breeze Palmetto last week (Oct 10 - 17)! We had four adults and four children (ages 10, 8, 6 & 6) and this property worked out perfectly for us! The location of the property is honestly just perfect. Access to the beach is literally only steps away (about a 3 minute walk) and the area of the beach is great! Not too crowded, at least not while we were there. And there's a trolley stop at the end of the street and is awesome to be able to catch the trolley down to the pier area. Publix is also conveniently located to the home.
We LOVED having our own pool and being able to have both pool time and beach time in the same day. The pool is great! Although it's small, it was wonderful! The pool is all the same depth throughout and we loved that. There's a bench type sitting area along the far side where the adults enjoyed sitting while the kids played. We personally loved that the pool was not deep (maybe 4 or 4.5 feet?) as it gave us peace of mind while the kids swam and played. Also, the living quarters by the pool is so nice to have for using the restroom or setting up a buffet and snacks for lunch. The kids can go in there and chill if they need a break and it was an awesome feature to the home.
The house comes with coolers, beach toys, bikes, tents for the beach, LOTS of beach chairs and pretty much everything you could possibly need! It was perfect!
We also enjoyed the front porch, it was wonderful to be able to sit out there to drink our morning coffee or eat breakfast. The kids even played monopoly out there one morning!
The house also has a kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals (and even store leftovers if you need to!) We cooked quite a few breakfasts and a couple of dinners in while we were there. There's a farmer's market down the street (toward Lover's Key) in a strip mall parking lot and the fresh seafood was AMAZING!
Gabriela was WONDERFUL to work with and she was gracious and beyond accommodating to us. We will most definitely return on our next visit to Ft. Myers Beach! :)

The property is prettier than the pictures and well located.
Be forewarned the owner (Gabriella) contacts you at all hours of day and night by text and phone call before using email or VRBO. She doesn’t read your responses to text/email or answer when you call her back. She nearly ruined our experience with her incessant worry about weather that was spectacular for our entire stay. It was incredibly inappropriate. She did have a binder and handbook with all the information and instructions you would need.
The kitchen had ants. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes, and the laundry machine didn’t clean the clothes. Some of the pool toys were fine, others were moldy. The pool itself was nice.

My family and I came for a week. This was our first time in Florida and it was a great experience. My kids really enjoyed how close the beach was and being able to come back to enjoy the private pool. The stores are close by which made it really convenient. The only bad part is that there’s road construction on Estero which made traffic terrible. Other than that we really enjoyed having the whole house to ourselves and how quiet the neighborhood was. The house was clean and newly updated. We used the washer and dryer all the time and didn’t have to pack as much so it was a bonus! Overall, it’s a great place to rent. We’ll definitely rent this house again if we come back to Fort Myers.

The location is convenient because you have privacy but yet its a very quick walk to the beach and the grocery store is located near by. It was also great to come back to an outdoor shower and a heated pool.

We spent a week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. Spacious, nice décor, and very clean. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened in porch each morning, then a 5 minute walk to the beach to either walk or ride the bikes this home provided. It's closely located to many attractions. We really enjoyed the refreshing heated salt water pool in the back yard each afternoon. Fix dinner on the outdoor grill or take the trolley either direction on the island where there are lots of casual dining options. The owner is a dream to work with, very helpful.

Super clean, very convenient to the beach, well-stocked with all the good beach house amenities (and the owner even brought us a few more bikes to use, which was a lovely touch), really nice & quiet neighborhood. We loved this rental house for our annual cousin trip! We went from walking on the beach in the morning, to being poolside during the day and back to the beach at night for sunset. 1 block off the public beach access. We spent 9 days here. This rental has everything that you need for a beach vacation. Once you stock up your groceries, there is no need to leave! We walked to the beach everyday. The house has beach chairs, carts, umbrella, beach toys, beach towels and a cooler. There are two bikes, which we rode several times. After coming home from the beach, we were able to shower off outdoors and use the heated pool. With a washer and dryer on site, I was able to keep up on my laundry so I did not have to take it home dirty! We had a couple questions for the owners and they responded immediately. I can't think of any recommendations or changes I would make, except next time I would stay a little longer! This property is perfect for people with children or adults looking for a nice quiet beach stay.

We had pretty much a perfect stay at this house. Since it is relatively new to the market, we feel obligated to provide a detailed review.
- We have stayed at this house in December 2018, for the week before Christmas. We are experienced holiday renters overall, and have also rented on Fort Myers beach several times previously.
- Inside the house: The house itself has been recently renovated, and everything is in great shape. The floors are either hardwood, laminate or tiles, so easy to keep clean and low risk for allergies. The furniture is very good - new and comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped. The screened deck is a big plus. The towels and linens were of very good quality. The electronics in the house was great - good quality TVs in 3 rooms, a large blue-tooth speaker (which we used a lot), etc.
- Outside of the house: There is a pool in the backyard - it is fully private (tall fence around), and well heated, which was important on the colder December days. There is a well-working (warm!) shower in the pool area. There are also good pool chairs and a well-working barbeque in the pool area.
- Beach equipment: The owners provide beach towels, chairs and beach umbrella, along with a wagon for taking those to the beach. There were two bicycles available, although we didn't get to use them.
- Cleaning: we really appreciate that the house didn't smell of any strong household chemicals when we arrived. We have some respiratory allergies, so cleanliness and lack of strong smells was important.
- Location: the house is only 5 min walk from the beach, on a quite street. For those of you with dogs, there is plenty of lawns in the neighborhood for walking your pet.

This place was great! We loved spending our Thanksgiving here, everything was just like the pictures with no surprises. It is a very peaceful neighborhood and we felt very safe! MS Doyal and her staff are very responsive and accommodating! When we got here there was some miner internet issues and she got them fix in less then 15 minutes. We also didn’t have sheets for pullout bed and she was going to have cleaning staff come and bring them that night! I told her that would not be necessary tomorrow would be fine? I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING HERE! I feel MS Doyal wants everyone to have a great vacation and listens to her clients. Before renting from her I asked with it being Thanksgiving is there buffets or would I be able to cook Thanksgiving dinner there and what is the latest We could check out because our plane didn’t leave until 9pm. Her response was you will have a full kitchen for Thanksgiving and I think she gave some recommendations for places that might have buffets and checkout was 1pm. Come Thanksgiving we had a full roasting pan for our turkey and she let us stay on our check out day until 6pm without even charging us!
To make a long story short rent this awesome place if you like what you see you won’t be disappointed! MS Doyal is great owner and easy to work with!

The beach is really just a 2min walk! We love going shelling everyday best place to go is Lovers Key it is just a short 8min drive we went at 3pm as the tide pulled back and found sand dollars 4 to be exact! Did the jest ski tour to see dolphins and Chris did great at finding them! Went to Junkanoo and had half price pizza on Tuesdays and watched the sunset! AMAZING! MS Doyal has Fort Myers monopoly and that was fun to play as well as uno! Publix is just a short walk down the road or a really quick drive. Road construction is going on, on the Estro Blvd main road but that is just the only con, make sure to leave early if going North because it is stopped traffic on Friday after 6pm!
