Our relatively small complex offers just about everything you could want. In peak season social groups offer tennis groups, Pickle Ball, swimming and exercise groups, Bucci Ball, horse shoes, golf groups at nearby courses.
Shopping is an easy walk or 4 minute drive to Walmart Super Store and fast food restaurants.

About the owner: We have owned and rented our condo since 2013. We rent it out usually in peak months since we are still working. We haven't had the need to list our property for sale as our renters keep coming back and if the are unable to return they has referred us to outers that are looking to rent at Deep Creek Gardens.
We keep our unit in up to date, excellent condition and take extreme pride in it.
