Welcome to our Spacious, CLEAN and Updated 3rd floor Beach Palms Condo. The condo is open concept, decorated with a beach/nautical theme and warm colors throughout.
Beach Palms is a BEACHFRONT property located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. Our 3rd floor gulf view condo is the first angled unit from oceanfront with no view obstructions.
Have breakfast on the balcony, what a way to start the day! OR enjoy a good book and your favorite drink with a view of the beach and gulf. You might even spot some dolphins.
Tropical saltwater heated pool, lounge chairs, poolside propane barbecues, pool side restrooms.
Large sandy beach.
If you want to rent a beach cabana I suggest if you arrive on a Friday or Saturday, go down around 8:30 am, pick a cabana without a name tag and put your towels etc. on it. You can even leave a note for the beach guy. He will come along during the day for payment and will tag your cabana each day if you have paid for multi days. Rental of cabana is only a problem during high vacation periods. You can book online at beachservicewest.

Living Room and Kitchen: Large living room, 50 inch Sony Bravia smart t.v. extended digital cable with PVR, hundreds of stations, DVD player.
Open concept living with a fully equipped kitchen. Granite countertop, Side by Side Refrigerator with indoor filtered ice and water. Fantastic view of the gulf while you are preparing your meals or drinks.
Main bedroom: King Ghostbed mattress, vinyl plank flooring, 40 inch smart tv, full bathroom with Walk in Shower, double sinks. Walk in closet.
Guestroom: Queen Ghostbed mattress, vinyl plank flooring. 32 inch tv 2nd bathroom steps from this bedroom. Walk in shower.
The layout of the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes it ideal for 1 or 2 couples. Maximum number of guests 4.

Full size Washer & Dryer in the unit.
Lounge around the tropical gulf side pool surrounded by palm trees and lush plants, with a spectacular view of the beach & gulf. The Beach goes for miles in either direction great for those morning/evening walks.

The building has 2 glass elevators for your convenience. One in the front of the building and one in the rear. The rear elevator is near your covered parking spot. This elevator can be used to access the beach.

About the owner: We are original owners (Rick & Marianne) who purchased our condo at Beach Palms in 1991 from a blue print. We live just outside Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
This is our second home, visiting and staying numerous times throughout the year, this is possible because we are retired for the last 20+ years.
We strive to make our condo the best for our guests, ensuring that everything is just right upon your arrival.
We have many repeat guests and welcome new guests to our Beach Palms gulfview condo. Beach Palms and Indian Shores are great places to stay.
Why this property? Our board maintains our building, grounds and pool area in first class condition.
We are located directly on the beach, no streets to cross. You can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas/cabanas on the beach, sit in comfort with the view of the gulf waters.
We also have a couple of beach chairs in the condo for your use.

First time to Florida. We wanted to be on the beach, have a beach view and a place that looked comfortable. This condo lived up to all it promised. Nice decor, clean and had all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed our time there. Close to the St Pete’s area which had a lot of things to enjoy.

We just left one of the most beautiful and comfortable beach front condos I have ever rented. The unit is beautifully appointed and was immaculate. The view is stellar and the owner was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Morning coffee or evening wine on the balcony is heaven. Proximity to the beach is excellent with easy rental of loungers and umbrellas steps from the building. There is also a selection of beach chairs available in the condo. The pool area is lovely though we spent our time on the beach. The location is great with easy access to plenty of shopping and dining. I highly recommend this rental and hope to become a repeat customer!

My friend and I had a wonderful time last week while staying in this beautifully appointed condo. It was meticulously clean, well-stocked with necessities, and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in while staying at a rental! The beach is just steps away, and the pool is delightful. For us, the beach and good seafood go hand-in-hand. We enjoyed Guppies, DJ's Clam Shack, Hella's (Greek - in Tarpon Springs - the best), Seabreeze Island Grill, and Sage Bistro during our visit. Just go - you know you want to!

We stayed at Mariannes condo for a week. Everything you could possibly need is in the condo. Bed was very comfortable and views of the beach wonderful. Marianne was very easy to work with and I got my damage deposit back two days after we left. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. When we are in the area again I will call Marianne.

Koi J.Beautiful 24th Anniversary Trip to Indian Shores
We just got back home from another anniversary trip to Indian Shores, FL. But this time our lodging was perfect! We went with another couple (our best friends), and they loved it just as much as we did.First of all the condo was oceanfront, which was the best part. There is an amazing view of the ocean from the living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom. A nice, spacious patio set is on the balcony where we often had breakfast overlooking the ocean, and drinks in the evenings after dinner. The place is gorgeous, decorated tastefully and filled with all the essentials we needed from beach towels and chairs to a fully stocked kitchen with spices and pots for cooking.There was complimentary Wi-fi, plenty of tv channels for the guys to catch a couple of games, a dvd player, and a landline telephone for local or long-distance calls. A good sized walk-in closet in the master bedroom allowed plenty of room for all our luggage and belongings, and dressers in each bedroom for unpacking. A tv set was also in each bedroom and the living room. Double vanities in the master bathroom made it much easier for my husband and I to get ready for outings at the same time.Restaurants were right up the street, along with many shops and stores. The swimming pool within the complex was big enough for us (3 1/2 feet to 6 feet deep), with plenty of lounge chairs available whenever we went out. We had no issues at all while there, but knowing that Marianne (the owner) was just a text or email message away gave us peace of mind. During the booking process Marianne was very friendly, and easy to talk to and she made the whole process simple to complete.The sunsets over the ocean at this location were so beautiful. We all felt very much at home while there, and hated to leave .This was by far our favorite vacation property ever rented, so we will definitely be back again.

Just can't say enough about this location, ease of access, beach area and the overall great condition of this Condo and the complex. Marianne is a joy to work with and extremely prompt and thorough. You won't be disappointed when you rent this condo! Perfect location, right on the beach in a smaller and quiet building. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook all our meals for the week. The decor is cheerful and furnished nicely with a comfortable sectional and beds. Condo 304 was an excellent property. it was very spacious and had really nice decor. very homey and not like just a rental property. Kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, glassware as well as spices and daily use items.great ocean view and could hear the waves. nice pool area with bar b q pits. and a very short walk to the beach,love that section of beach. lots of great places to eat up and down gulf road.bed was very comfortable and so were the couches and chairs.we would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.Dave--St. Louis

This condo is perfect for a family or 2 couples. It is very spacious and well stocked. I usually bring extra toilet paper and paper towels when I stay at condos because they usually give you bare minimum. Not here - gracious supply and I think the kitchen had everything we needed. Nicely decorated and nice furnishings! Rooms are big and the master has a huge walk in closet and bathroom is big. Covered parking for most was a big plus! The condo is in a great location - close to restaurants, Johns Pass, and access to highway. And you are on the beach!!! You are on the side but front side so every morning you sit on your balcony and eat breakfast watching the waves. Beautiful view! Smaller building, which is nice and quiet, and the pool was very nice. (Only one pool - the balcony overlooks the neighboring pool) We had one issue that was out of the owner's control, but Marianne was super responsive and had someone there immediately. I would definitely stay here again. The owner, Marianne was great to work with! Thanks - it was exactly what I needed.
