As soon as you enter this charming property you will feel right at home. The kitchen and bathrooms have bright white cabinetries and granite counters. There is both a K-cup and drip coffee maker. The master bedroom is waterside with a sliding glass door to the balcony as well as a Queen size bed, TV with cable box, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has double sinks and tub/shower. There is a utility space with a washer and dryer right in the condo. The second bedroom has Twin beds, and a TV with cable. The second bathroom has a step-in shower and is accessible from both the 2nd bedroom and hallway. What a location, being directly across the street from the complex's private beach access to the sandy Gulf beaches of Indian Shores. After a wonderful day at the beach, go fishing on the complex's fishing pier, relax poolside, take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub or just sit back and relax on your amazing waterfront balcony. Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door only. Undercover parking space.

You could visit Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach for its nightly sunset festivals. Visit the historic sponge docks in Tarpon Springs and take a plunge into its unique Greek culture. Go on an ecotour with Clearwater Marine Aquarium. St. Petersburg’s downtown waterfront has plenty of museums, restaurants, and shopping.

Indian Shores is home to a seabird sanctuary. The Seaside Seabird Sanctuary is the largest, non-profit, wild bird hospital in the United States. It is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of sick, injured and orphaned wild birds. The Sanctuary provides a permanent home to non-releasable patients. Admission is free and it is open 7 days a week.
