Welcome to a relaxing vacation on the intercoastal across the street from the soft sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico in Indian Shores. Spend your days at the beach with the provided beach gear and wind down by the beautiful complex pool. The 2nd Floor balcony overlooking the intracoastal is the perfect place to start and end your day watching the boats or the sunrise. If you think this all sounds amazing, then you will be even more excited about the interior of the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with a sleeping loft. Upon walking into the impeccably decorated condo, you will feel like you are staying in the pages of Coastal Living. The kitchen will meet every chef’s expectations, and the generous sized dining table and breakfast bar will accommodate all your family and friends for every meal. Everyone will have quiet space with king size beds in the two bedrooms and two twin trundle beds in the sleeping loft. The washer and dryer in the condo makes this the ultimate stress-free way to vacation here. You can share this vacation with your furry friends too - 2 dogs up to 24 lbs. allowed(breed restrictions apply, contact property manager for more info). Great restaurants, mini-golf, shopping and activities are so close and we are happy to offer recommendations to make your visit to Florida even better. They have thought of everything to make your vacation full of relaxation, luxury and memories. You may fall in love and want to stay forever. There is NO elevator, it takes two flights of stairs to get up the unit.

RachelThe condo was amazing! GREAT location and the beachy decorations were perfect for the location. We had a minor issue with one of the appliance and they were incredibly responsive and fix it right away! Favorite places near the condo were Sweet sage, Sea Breeze, John’s Pass, Gator Parasailing, Island Boat Rentals. Very safe surroundings. We rode bikes! Drove a short distance to Clearwater. Overall had a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

InnaAmazing rental find during peak spring break season. Favorite aspects:- great location, 5 min easy walk to gorgeous Indian Rocks beach …host provided beach chairs and wagon - huge balcony with water views for hanging out - cute, “upscale beach” decorations - kids loved upstairs loft area for watching tvWould stay again for sure next time in area!

Katie-Creepy stairwell to unit with rotting ceiling -Photos make unit appear larger than it actually is -Stains on walls, sheets and shower curtain -Dust balls with bugs trapped in them on barndoor tracks -Hair throughout, including covering entire front of refrigerator -Dirty floors -Tape on walls from prior guests -Provided dishes were dirty (crusted on food particles) -Loose kitchen faucet -Unable to use deck due to neighbors smoking marijuana at all times of the day and night -Provided beach chairs were bent and broken -Lots of noise from surrounding units-If you're going to price gouge during peak season/Spring Break the place should at least be clean and up to par. We paid triple the price for a place that grossed us out.

HollyLovely place - peaceful and pristine. Nice morning view (from the wide, furnished balcony) to the sleepy intercoastal. Tastefully decorated, with cozy-nesting pillows on beds and inviting leather couch. Plenty of beds for big or small families and friends. Beautiful artwork and well-appointed kitchen . Would love to return.

DaveThis place was free of the hustle and bustle of more touristy areas. Disappointed to find the beach was closed for renovation (temporary), but we were able to drive to another beach. Arriving by vehicle is a must have with this location.Well equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed and it was comfortable. Only real negative was black stains on the linens on two of the beds. Looked like they had been tumble dried with black rubber tires. Regardless, would stay here again. Pool was warm and maintained for Christmas weekend.

GiaFantastic location for a family beach getaway for the holidays. My husband, my young adult son and daughter stayed. Perfect location for us to walk to the beach, rent ebikes, walk to dinner and mini golf. The amenities were as advertised and we loved hanging in the condo together.

We stayed in a very spacious condo on the second floor. Have views of the bay and ocean from deck. Parking was limited but sufficient. No outside storage was a little inconvenient .Also, some of the kitchen pans need to be replaced.
