Amenities available to renter include three pools, pickle ball courts, clay tennis courts, exercise club, town center with two dining areas, frequent free concerts in the amphitheater, movies, social hall, office facilities, wood working shop, butterfly and owner garden. Lovely nature preserve with walk and bike trails. There is also a world class golf coarse on site. Unit is fully furnished and equipped, just bring your clothes. Fifteen minutes to SW Florida airport and lots of proximate shopping. ALL AMENITIES ARE OPEN .
Rent a resort suite during winter season (Dec. to May, 2022-2023) at less than hotel rate . $4,500/month-- plus taxes and transfer fee-- ( $150/day). Other months at $2,200/month ($74.00/day).

Beautiful Southwest Florida location. Close to International Airport (S.W. Florida International--about 15 minute drive) Everglades Nat. Park, Bonita Springs and Ft. Myers beaches, Manatee Park and Sannibel Island. Easy drive to Tampa, Orlando or Miami area or the Keys. If you are new to Florida, the gulf side is much more tranquil and rural than the Miami-Lauderdale area just a short drive away. Excellent shell collecting areas and fresh and saltwater fishing. Nearest beach about 25 minute drive.

Nature preserve, movie theatre, exercise club, dining, fishing, tennis, golf, horse shoes, bolls, croquet, baseball/recreation field, swimming ( three pools--one indoors), bike trail, pickle ball, and butterfly garden. All of the above are within Pelican Preserve and about .5 miles from unit. There is also a grocery store and other shopping within about .75 miles from entry gate.

About the owner: Our family purchased this condominium to have a Florida get away. We purchased another place, but we still think Pelican Preserve is a bit of paradise and decided to rent for the time being. My wife loves the clay tennis courts, I love the exercise facilities, biking, nature preserve and proximity to go deep sea fishing.
