You exit out the sliding doors to the balcony and then it is a few steps through the grassy area to the beach walk over which puts you right on the sand.  Navarre Towers is full of excellent amenities.  Please take a look at the pictures.  You have a very large pool, tennis courts, basketball court, and a gym.  Additionally, in the pool area is a common grilling area for your use. Navarre Towers Pool Information:  The pool is NOT heated between November 1st and March 1st.  The pool heater only has the capacity to increase pool water temperature 10 degrees above ambient air temps, to extend swimming season, March 2nd thru October 31st.
